Cannot be happier. I unassembled it all and seal it all with sealer so it is 100% waterproof....took me 15 minutes. Cannot ask for more taking in consideration that the BMW or any aftermarket box like this one goes for 3 tikes the price. It is a simple took box, looks awesome and it is a great buy

I purchased this product for my 2023 1250 GSA. I was having work done on my bike in the shop and waited for other parts. The 30 days expired 5 days ago. Today, I attempted to mount this product to my bike and the holes on the actual product were misaligned by so much the the holes from the bracket do not aligned. Not even a little bit. Unfortunately, the return time is on me. However, be advised that the box is also quite flimsy. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a reliable product.

I installed it on my 2020 GSA. It was pretty much a straightforward install the intructions were a bit unclear at least to me but it fit the luggage rack fine. The tether was just a bit short for me to tie a knot but it’s fine. I’ve ridden the bike at triple digits making turns and it’s still mounted. Overall though I think it’s a good buy.

La caja es idéntica a la caja de herramientas marca Touratech, por una fracción de precio. Sin embargo cabe resaltar que con los accesorios incluidos, sólo se puede instalar en los soportes de tubos para maletas laterales metálicas. En mi caso, como no tengo esos soportes y no quería ponerle esos soportes, tuve que comprar un accesorio adicional en Touratech para anclaje de caja de herramientas sin soportes de maleta. Le cuadró perfecto, sin embargo pueden deducir que el accesorio para colocar la caja de herramientas, me costó más que la caja misma. Como sugerencia deberían incluir este soporte o ponerlo como opcional agregando un costo.

There are a number of negative reviews on this product. I understand why. It's not perfect. However, it's not really all that bad. First off...it's not worth what that Toura...something is charging. They want $229. It is definitely NOT worth that. However I found it here for around $50. It IS worth that. It's true that it's just a plastic box, with some metal accents. It is also true that it will leak without a little effort. It is also true that it is not 'secure'. It could be breeched with simple hand tools. However, It does look pretty good, it fits either side of the bike depending on which side has the exhaust. (Even though it is listed for late model bikes, it will fit 2005-onward) Once installed it fits well and looks like it belongs. The mounting hardware seems to be quality. It is stainless. To resolve the likelihood of leaks, I removed the metal sections and split the case in half and glued it back together, sealing the seam. Once mounted it is sturdy and does not get in the way of anything. It is big enough to hold my small jump start pack, a small air compressor, and tire repair kit, as well as some extra tools etc. I wouldn't store money, passports, or other important/valuables in it (except for maybe a few $20s for an emergency), but it is secure and unobtrusive enough for basic supplies and tools. Overall I think it is a good value at $50 and 30min of work. I'll update this if things change.
