Ok, I've only used this 3 times in the last 2 days, I am 56 and I have to say Im slightly shocked and delighted at the smoothing effect on my face and neck and the almost instantaneous reduction of crepe lines ,I don't know how often you should use it but I am immediately impressed. I apply a moisturiser over it after its dried to maximise.*Update, a week later, my skin feels like silk and is visibly smoother particularly near the eye and cheek area, i cannot remember the last time my face felt that smooth, I put mine on twice a day and leave on, i have not had any side effects at all, eventually i will take breaks from it but i am really pleased with this item.
