An awesome first gaming laptop!
Pros:-Excellent value for the amount of RAM & storage, CPU, graphics, and screen. This is a LOT of laptop for your money.-It's able to handle high settings on all my games.-VERY fast and responsive. I can multitask with ease.-The screen has almost no bezel, so it feels even bigger than 17 inch, and is very thin. The display is really beautiful.-Beautiful design, easy to open, doesn't get too hot. It feels substantial without being bulky.-Keyboard lighting is not essential to me, but it's a nice perk. I like the feel of the keys. Love the included 10-key.Cons:-The fans can get loud, but only when gaming. You don't notice it after awhile.-Battery life is pretty terrible, but I just leave it plugged in and there are a variety of battery health options to choose from.-It was quite difficult to get the keyboard lighting to work, but I finally figured it out.Bottom line: I'm really happy with it. It does everything I need it to do (work, school, gaming) without skipping a beat.

This laptop is cursed
So the WiFi adapter for this is terrible and totally stopped working which I contacted ASUS customer service and the had me go into BIOS mode which then crashed my computer so hard it needed repairs, they then refused to repair it without billing me because I was 3 months out of their 1 year warranty so I went to a local computer store and after $300 I got it fixed and a new Intel WiFi adapter installed. Now after three months, that adapter is out too, nothing works, no restarting, no reinstalling the adapter. Everything else about this laptop is amazing but it can't use wifi which for a $1500 computer, ASUS really let me down this time.

Awesome laptop
Not one for words. But I don’t regret buying this Laptop. Sound is the only complaint I have because of speakers location. Easy setup. I installed 2 additional drives when I received it. Didn’t like the idea of no easy access to upgrade ram or ssd. Complaints about the fan sound loud. They are loud and I love it. Does it job of keeping it cool. I keep them crank just because I love the sound lol
