Great book for career guidance

Did this per the direction of my boss and it was a great exercise. Amazingly accurate.

This book is a springboard to your career. It is an honest reflection on who you are and what you bring to the organization. It is independent of career pursuit. As you recognize your strengths, you will more confidently contribute to your team’s success. I highly recommend this book.

I thought there would more information about the Strength Finder subject in the book. If you are ordering this book just know that it is meant to a guide for you to help you understand your Strength Finder test results. There is a coupon in the back of the book you can use as a discount on your personal test. I havent taken the test yet.

Got this book from Work. My wife took the test as well. This book explained so much and provides insight to make your strength work for you and to help identify but not ruminate on your weaknesses.

I ordered this book in December and finally got around to reading it. I opened the code at the end of the book today in order to take the assessment and was told that the code was already used or is invalid. I double checked it and typed in in upper and lower case.
