Wanted a V grip for narrow pulldowns or rows, and a landmine that could take both standard and Olympic bars, so it's hard to imagine beating this combo for the price(~1/4 to 1/3 what you'd pay for a name brand landmine alone).The landmine is lightly built, with some slop in the bracket due to loose tolerances-not perfectly square with the piece it screws into(it has to be able to turn from side to side, so can't be tightened all the way down, anyway). This does not impede its use, and people make homemade landmines with a piece of PVC pipe, so the lack of "rock solid" construction is not a practical issue, IMO.There were included anchors for mounting, but mine is attached to a plate tree that uses 2x2" tubing. It could just as easily be screwed to a board. We did "landmine" exercises for decades with the end of a bar just stuck in a corner, so this is more than fine.You can make up any number of goofy exercises for a landmine, though even the more legit ones that get past 45° can be pretty questionable due to the resistance curve, but they're fantastic for rows, and work well for belt squats with a suitable attachment.For anyone who doesn't know, the V grip can be used for t-bar rows(my favorite variation) with no attachments necessary.The V grip itself is actually quite nice, too, with good knurling and welds.I'd have been perfectly satisfied with either piece at this price point, so getting both makes this combo a fantastic bargain.

I purchased two products from this product page but since they Amazon ties them together I can only leave one review so including them both here.1) "Yes4All Landmine Double D Row Handle/Landmine Handle Attachment with Textured Rubber Handles - Double D Landmine Handle Fits 2-inch Olympic Bars"On my initial purchase of this, the tube that fits over the bar was bent on the end so I couldn't slide it over the bar. The packaging was fine so it must have happened at the factory. I had no problems doing a return and replacement is great. The handle is well built but be aware that the tube that fits over the bar is 7" long. This makes it nice to have long handles to grab, but depending on your bar, if you intend to put on more than 3 or 4 45lb plates you might find they won't fit. Don't be fooled by the pictures of burly men using this, they have clearly been photoshopped with much longer bars than you find in real life. If you can get this instead of the one that fits in the weights get this. Far more stable and frees up weights.

The media could not be loaded.  The Landmine attachment is easy to connect/attach to the rack with option to mount on floor. Connecting the barbell is easy, the motion is smooth when using during your routine. The value for the attachment is great. Great addition to gym.

Es muy buen producto, aunque no tiene seguro para la barra estándar y los manerales se sienten muy sencillos, pero en cuanto a su función principal muy resistente.

In die kleinere Aufnahme passt die Standardstange mit 30mm nicht, das ahnte ich. Daher schob ich in die größere Aufnahme ein PPR-Rohr DA50 und in diesem ein DA40 ein und dann passt die normale Stange auch. Als Gegenhalt habe ich ein Power-Rack.
