My 3 and 5 year old love this trampoline! Assembly was a bit challenging, but not hard. When installing the springs on the mat make sure it’s done evenly otherwise it won’t work. All in all very sturdy and the 12’ is definitely a big but good size for 2+ kids I wouldn’t recommend smaller. Weight capacity is good, I use the trampoline with them, and the price is so worth it! Between shipping and Delivery it took about a month to get to us, but seller was very good in replying back with any questions I contacted them with. Very happy with this whole experience.

Although, I wish I would of gotten the bigger size this was a great deal. My kids are ages 5, 7, 9, and I have a 13 year old too. The 3 younger kids jump together no problem all 4 it’s a little small- we have 10ft. Seems sturdy and an overall good purchase. Setup took about an hour to get put together. We could not get the netting to close in front but that could be human error. My only complaint was the box was tore to shreds literally had huge holes in it - FedEx fault- luckily we had all the pieces.

It appears to be suitable for all ages to play in as long as the directions are followed. It’s also fairly light and easy to assemble and move around.

The frame looks fine but assembling the net and padding was not easy and the instructions for that part was just poorly drawn diagrams and no words to describe actions needing to be taken . It was only after full assembly did We see that the net may have been inside out rather than too small for the frame. It was really hard to assemble. It doesn't tell you that certain parts need to Align just right. I had to assemble and disassemble 3 times. I left the net as is because I was tired of redoing it. It takes 2 -3 people to put it together and everyone was very tired after hours of trying to get it right. Maybe when we move we will get it right😰**update- a maxkare rep reached out to me and offered refund. I had assumed the product was from China and would have poor customer service but I was wrong. It took a while to hear from them but they were very helpful. Adding a star for communication.. Honestly I think the fault is mainly in the instructions for assembly. Had I not put a trampoline with better instructions together before I may have been worse off...

It is a very good trampoline, my daughter love it very much. My daughter goes into the trampoline and start to play when I just set it up although it is very hot today.

GREAT AND FUN!The kids are so excited to play on the trampoline. First, it’s sturdy, the size is just fit. Second, it’s easy to assemble but it took some time to install it. My husband and I spent about an hour to assemble it, my kids are happy and enjoy when he played in this trampline.My yard is big. My child plays in the yard every day, it is a great for kids to do exercise and have fun at home. And and I am satisfied with it, I can spare more time for myself. Love this product: )

I bought the 10ft size. Trampoline itself is great. Great value. My 9 year old loves it. So far she’s the one who has used it. She flips and jumps and so on. The down sides were: the packaging was horrible as the box was ripping open, and, it came with no instructions for assembly - it was literally just parts in a ripped box. We were able to figure out the assembly part by watching random videos. This is great for one child or maybe 2 smaller children if you want room to really move. I would love a bigger size, but it won’t fit in my yard. The 10ft one was just right for us.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago for my child's birthday gift. He loves it!! almost jummping on it everyday. he can't wait until we finish the installation, trying to climb up middle of the installation lol. The tramponline feels sturdy and safe. It came with well package and the package is super heavy. the installation isn't too hard, it took approximately 2 hours. the only complaint that is the instruction isn't too clear. i took some pictures while my husband is installing. maybe it will help some of you save sometimes to figure how to install :) over all this is a really nice and affordable trampline.
