Bose Bass Module Connection Cable

Bought as I have Bose bass module and sound bar but lost the Bluetooth connect. Had a basic 3.5mm cable but kept popping and causing feedback on any movement of subwoofer, this cable fixed it all. Long cable, had extra to spare, quality of the subwoofer playing is great, the cable is wrapped very nicely and seems very durable. Highly recommend for Bose users if in same bind as me

I have a Bose 900 soundbar with a 500 bass module with 300 surround sound speakers. Lately I’ve been noticing popping and cracking sounds coming from base module. Thought my speaker was blown. Until I read that my other wireless connections might be interfering with the module connection. I bought this wired male to make jack that goes from base to soundbar and Voila popping and cracking gone. Bass is actual better performance now. Very easy to connect. One wire on one end and the other in soundbar. Done. A $19 investment saved me from buying a new bass module. Worth the money. It is shielded as well so it will get rid of other wireless interference

Solved the problem of the sub failing to connect with the TV

I got this cable because my Bose 600 soundbar just didn’t seem to use my 500 bass module very well. I decided to go all wired with optical audio out instead of HDMI to the soundbar and wired vs. wireless to the bass module. Honestly I think the sound quality is better overall and I certainly hear the bass much more clearly than I did using wireless connectivity. I’m happy with my configuration now.

I bought a cord that worked for my system. It worked. Then it didn't work. I realized the sound was NOT the same also! Then I had to get another replacement. Saw the BOSE Speaker cord, it's a $10.00 difference and WORTH IT! Now I have BASS again!

This is a must have cable to completely eliminate popping sounds coming from your bass module.

Works well to connect my Bose Ultra Soundbar to my Bose 500 Base Module to prevent interference on a 5 GHz band.

Worth it

Was experiencing crackling and pops on the Bass Module 700 despite the soundbar being placed just above the sub so decided to give it a go now bass is perfect and the soundbar itself seems to have fewer cutting out issues. If you are experiencing similar issues this might be the fix, as a side note though, it's just a standard 3.5-to-3.5mm cable, I've tried swapping it with a Belkin cable I had lying around and that works just as well, should probably have tried that before buying this but hey now you know too, save yourself some money if you don't need the cable length and have a good quality shielded cable already. Otherwise this cable itself has good length, is of good quality and will solve the annoying, crackling and pops from your Bass Module when running wireless, less glamorous, a bit more trouble but it's a once-off weekend job and well worth the time and effort.
