This is my first purchase of Sea Moss and so far it has been very good.

I hesitate to give a lower rating, because I haven't used this product before, but it was difficult to use and not a flavor I wanted to try again.The instructions were quite intimidating (and I try all kinds of things!) and I never felt sure that I was doing it right.

Well, I can't tell if it's safe to eat or needs to be processed more . The packaging sends mixed signals between the labeling on the front and the recipe for gel on the back. It's too stringy to just eat, at least for me, so I tasted it a bit and it tasted like salt and nothing more. I suppose I'd have to commit to the whole gel process, but then I would not be able to judge the sea moss gel I'd get against any other sea moss gel I've had, because it would be my first sea gel.I'm not a moss fan, and I'll admit I misjudged the nature of this product, and I should not have ordered it. I'm leaving a neutral review.
