relieved chronic prescription medication induced constipation. I don't recommend taking more than 1 per day. I take one every night before bed and have a BM about 24 hours later. I've kept up the use with continued results. I only had cramping and pain when I took two pills. I actually felt very nauseated and threw up. Since then I've taken just one a day and have had very reliable results, even having more than one BM in a day at times. It's greatly helping my chronic stubborn constipation caused by medication. Best results I've experienced.I am updating my review now. After a week of use I experienced unending thirst and high blood pressure. These are two symptoms of using this product every day. It is intended for occasional use, not daily use. I thought this was my holy grail. It is effective at relieving constipation, just not for daily use.
