I love the way the watch looks and it keeps great time!!

Keeps great time, I own two other Charles Hubert pocketwatches and this one is my third given to me as a birthday gift from my wife. I have had this watch running for seven days and it has been keeping very good time. I will say that a pocketwatch is something that must be protected when carrying it. That is why a waistcoat has two pockets on either side, to carry and protect your timepiece. It must be noted that mechanical pocketwatches are NOT shock proof as they have a very meticulous and delicate mechanical gear system. If you are gentle and guard your watch from getting knocked around while carrying it, it should serve you well for many years. I am very pleased with this brand of pocketwatches for the price.

Got this from my wife for Christmas. After two weeks it broke. Charles-Hubert is standing behind its product and offering to repair for no cost. However, I have lost confidence in a relatively expensive timepiece and I wish to return it, not get a repaired watch. Unfortunately, the seller (Salma Jewelry) refuses to take the return since my wife ordered and Salma shipped the product 48 hours before Nov 1st and thus falls outside of Amazon's Holiday return window.Buyer beware if you choose Salam Jewelry since it seems to me they are running a business and not interested in customer service. You may want to consider the fact that the other sellers who have more stars and better customer feedback.

My wife originally bought me this watch a few years ago and it broke within a few weeks, We did send it in for a replacement and received another. However, I chose not to trust it an put it aside for a couple years until I was desperate for a watch while my antique watch was in the shop. Again it self destructed after being in service for just three week! What a piece of junk!
