Quinoa—- Yes you may find recipes quinoa by elec pressure cooker easily by googling. Barley—-theoretically it should be, I saw the people cooking mixing with white rice and barley/sticky type 1:1 in recipe Japanese cooking. Personally I don’t eat barley, so I don’t know.
