I already own 1lb and 2lbs weighted balls and now with these 3lbs my workout is more of a challenge. They are very well made, soft to touch and if they deflate a little over time, you can pump them up to its round shape with a bicycle pump and a pin needle attachment (available separately in sporting equipment shops). These came in a nice container, with shaped insert to maintain the rounded shape of the weights. They are filled with some sort of heavy sand and air.

Love these! The sand inside makes them soft and easy to hold with a relaxed hand grip. One pound adds up when doing multiple repetitions. Also, these are great for rolling out tight back and glute muscles, better than tennis balls. Another reviewer said these look solid in airport security screening, so consider that.

I had to replace my Leslie Sansone walk away balls and since their website never responded to my question if they could be refilled I decided to try these and am very happy I did! My old ones were about a pound from loss of the water they had in them, and these are wonderful to use. Easy to hold and work with and the color brightens the workout! I would purchase these again, probably won't have to because they seem sturdy.

Easy to grip while exercising

Really good therapy ball. Contains iron sand, which gives its weight. Cover is grippy. Make sure you don't have oil on your hands. It ruins the grip plastic

These arrived right on time. I actually pulled the muscle in my right shoulder, and I was having such a tough time thoroughly stretching it out. I was in terrible pain, and I knew it was just a matter of stretching that smallest bit more. These balls allowed me to extend that stretch the needed amount. They are small enough to keep in my desk, and I was planning to keep them at work. When they come back in stock, I am ordering another pair to keep at home too. They fit really well in the palm of my hand and balanced well. I think these would be a wonderful fit to anyone's stretching routine!

I like these weights because they grip well with the silicone and don't roll away when I'm trying to rest my fingers due to having trigger finger. I highly recommend it.

Finally got a set of these for my mat pilates class when taking it online. Does what they are meant to do and good quality!
