Plastic handle broke
Seldom used for two years by medium-heavyset passenger before it broke apart. I think we need a car handle that is not brittle plastic so it will hold up. Though if you only need it for one visit or something it could be useful.

Good but could be better
The part that goes around the window worked great for my dad. The other part helped him but seems a lot less secure. It doesn't really lock into place, so it moves around a lot, so I'm giving it a lower rating. Generally, couple these with ! Swivel seat and seniors have a much easier time getting in and out of a car.

end cap weak
the end cap with the seatbelt cutter on it is weak and broke off first time i tried it out but the handel does work and has made it easer for my wife to get in and out of car
