Good stuff
There are several kinds of magnesium on the market. I had never heard of this one, but my homeopath suggested it for insomnia. Well zzzzzzzzz . . . . . oops I dozed off. It does the job I am sleeping very well. (1/2 teaspoon in water: doesn't taste great, but it works, so I don't mind)

Highly absorbable and cost effective
I love this because it is much more absorbable than pills or capsules. Also not as expensive as other ionic magnesium brands. Really helps keep my magnesium level up in my blood and keeps my heart rhythm smoother.

It worked within minutes for me on my gnawing muscle pain in my shoulder.
This ionic magnesium works well for me. I told a girlfriend that it seemed to work immediately… like within 10mins. Just to be sure it wasn’t a figment of my imagination I googled just to find out how long it takes for ionic magnesium to absorb and google verified 12-48 hours to 4 weeks depending on muscle tension. I have had this continual muscle uneasiness PAIN for months … I try to stay natural as possible but I went to the doctor got X-rays $300 just to tell me absolutely nothing- then prescribe a NSAIDS. These doctors! I did more research on my own and found this. It works and it worked immediately for me. The taste is bitter/yuk….no disrespect to the product (you can mix it but I’m but imma gangsta 😂😂😂) it’s natural and I would take it anytime over what legal pushers (doctors) are trying to give me.

Seems to help with sleep
I purchased this magnesium to help with sleep. I take it after dinner each evening along with a zinc and vitamin C tablet. So far, it seems to helping. I am falling asleep quicker & I’m mostly staying asleep through the night. The taste is nasty but it’s not undrinkable. I’m a sceptic though, so I’ll see how it works in the long run.

Tastes awful and no way I found to keep it down.
OMG this is the worst tasting thing I've ever encountered. Took a serving of it with 2 to3 times the serving size of water with it so I could choke it down, adding more or less didn't seem to help. Stomach always ached after taking it, attempted to take it last night and ended up vomiting all of my dinner up. I've had some bad tasting things and been able to come up with chasers before but this, even when you drink a full glass of water afterwards my stomach says "Nope" and it all comes back out.

Tastes terrible but works great. Be sure you dilute it like it says and drink it with something else that has flavor to cover up the nasty taste.
