This liquid magnesium definitely works. It’s highly absorbable, and I noticed benefits fairly quickly for muscle relaxation, calm, and sleep support. I’ll be honest—the taste isn’t great on its own. That said, it’s unflavored and clean, and I simply add a little honey to make it much more pleasant. Once mixed, it’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. I appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle with simple ingredients and no fillers. If effectiveness matters more to you than taste, this is a solid choice.

Tastes terrible but works great. Be sure you dilute it like it says and drink it with something else that has flavor to cover up the nasty taste.

I use it two ways: I spray directly onto soar muscles and I drink it with orange juice because all the bad reviews said it taste horrible, lol… I don’t taste it at all in the orange juice. It not only relieves my soar muscles, it helps me sleep sound and regulates my bowels. 💩🤭 I highly recommend it.

I love this because it is much more absorbable than pills or capsules. Also not as expensive as other ionic magnesium brands. Really helps keep my magnesium level up in my blood and keeps my heart rhythm smoother.

As expected

This ionic magnesium works well for me. I told a girlfriend that it seemed to work immediately… like within 10mins. Just to be sure it wasn’t a figment of my imagination I googled just to find out how long it takes for ionic magnesium to absorb and google verified 12-48 hours to 4 weeks depending on muscle tension. I have had this continual muscle uneasiness PAIN for months … I try to stay natural as possible but I went to the doctor got X-rays $300 just to tell me absolutely nothing- then prescribe a NSAIDS. These doctors! I did more research on my own and found this. It works and it worked immediately for me. The taste is bitter/yuk….no disrespect to the product (you can mix it but I’m but imma gangsta 😂😂😂) it’s natural and I would take it anytime over what legal pushers (doctors) are trying to give me.

OMG this is the worst tasting thing I've ever encountered. Took a serving of it with 2 to3 times the serving size of water with it so I could choke it down, adding more or less didn't seem to help. Stomach always ached after taking it, attempted to take it last night and ended up vomiting all of my dinner up. I've had some bad tasting things and been able to come up with chasers before but this, even when you drink a full glass of water afterwards my stomach says "Nope" and it all comes back out.

Due to medical conditions I frequently, nearly daily, experience severe Charlie horse cramps (debilitating and painful cramps) in my limbs, especially legs and feet. This magnesium reduces and even stops the onset of these cramps. Pills and other herbal remedies don't do what this product does. This liquid magnesium gets into my system quick. It's expensive but I Can't cope without it! Wouldn't want too.
