1. Sturdy2. Safe3. Works well, U can regulate the flame easily3. Extremely good follow up and guidance from the seller's team4. Easy to fill butane. (I was extremely scared of this part worried about my safety, but I managed as it was easy to do)P. S. Buy a butane Canister/can when U order this product, as it dose not come with butane filled. I did the mistake of not ordering it together assuming it came with butane filled in it and had to wait until the can arrived to try out the product and it's functionality.

Wonderful product. Obviously a topper in the class. Very easy to use and refill. Aquality product.Moreover, the customer care is so efficient and helpful that I must mention it here. They have contacted me evwry time by themself only to make sure if I have received the item, if I have any problem in filiing gas or if I have any query, remark or concern that they can help with. The media could not be loaded. Really fabulous product . Works exactly like how they mentioned. Flame has good through. The product is made of good quality material. Very much satisfied. Package came with proper seal and very well packed. Product is backed with very good customer support too. If you are looking for flame torch don't look elsewhere buy it from here.

Superb customer service and a solid product
The torch has a sturdy body and is built ergonomically. Instructions and the YouTube videos were lucid and easy to follow. Customer service was impressive and proactive rather than reactive. In my case, Delhivery was slow and not up to the mark. zhart followed up with them and ensured that I got the product well before their estimated date of delivery.

Kuddos to seller
Product is just amazing to use. But i would like to appreciate the seller who keeps a check through whats app on there clients weather there products is working fine or not. Not once not twice but they patiently message me 4-5 times after regular interval to check if I am able to use there products or not. They also helped me to get refill gas on amazon and sent be DIY videos to get it done.
