Plackers Grind No More Dental Night Guard for Teeth Grinding, 16 Count

Stayed in my mouth all night. It is comfortable, it's not bulky like my previous one. It doesn't hurt my mouth.

Apologies for the picture, I’d just washed the retainer. I wanted to show the dents I’ve made in the guard after just one night’s wear. I have been grinding my teeth for at least a year now and this is the only thing I can comfortably wear at night that I’ve tried. I wish they made longer term guards in this style because I hate the plastic waste. This completely stops me from grinding my teeth and my jaw pain is much better. I still think I clench with this on but at least I might still have teeth by my 30s!

I like it because it doesn't feel too much inside your moth.

These have mixed reviews but I personally think they are excellent. It’s a shame they only last 3 days each which seems a waste but they are convenient especially when travelling

Having opened one unit, unable to get refund had no option but to throw them away. Not what I expected nor like the images depicted. Extremely light & flimsy so hard to keep in place in the mouth. The risk of swallowing & choking are very real . Probably the worst buy ever on Amazon.

This product is not for me. It’s so hard

My husband tried many many guard for bruxism but they were all really uncomfortable to sleep with. This is designed so well, just perfect. Him and I have been able to have good night sleep since he has started using this product. Thank you

I used an app sleep recorder and found out that I really make loud grinding sound. Similar to a creaking door that opens and closes. It took me a while to find out it was the sound of grinding teeth.Then having this guard this sound stopped. For my teeth it’s perfect and it doesn’t move and stays in place. I was unsure after reading some reviews here. But I guess mouths are different and it actually fits perfect.Also I notice when I put this guard in my mouth I also stop clenching my jaw. I also have less issues with jaw “muscle” pain which I also tend to have.Anyways, it does what the box says. I am wondering how often I actually can use this. Ideally find something that doesn’t require me to throw away after few uses.
