I've had a few of these over the years, this one is the cheapest quality so far unfortunate. Can't recommend over others.

I had a different ab wheel but it was a cheap one that wasn't very stable and wasn't much fun to use, so of course I didn't use it much. But I did like what it did for me so I gave this one a shot. It works much better! It's wider, more stable and the handles are much more comfortable to hang onto. So I've been using it a lot more and seeing better results. The knee pad, jump rope and resistance band were nice bonuses. I would highly recommend this set to anyone who's trying to workout more, this is a good quality set at a good price.

I'm a gym adventurous:) Means I will try and use everything at least once to see if it fits to my athletic skill and benefit me in long run. This combo is great! Ab wheel is very sturdy since wheel part is wide and rolls good. I'm sure rest of just good quality and use for long time in future.

My wife originally got his for herself, but i think I will have to also use it. I need to shed the quarantine pounds.

It is hard to hook the band onto the wheel. Very un-intuitive. The resistant level is NOT adjustable.I was using the roller without the resistant band for most of the time.The jump rope was nice additional, given the price.
