Mother uses for leg cramps
The first time I got this for mother I thought it was going to be a gag gift. I had found it by accident and never thought she would actually try it but I guess her leg cramps were so bad, waking her from a sound sleep, that she decided it was worth a try. Amazingly it worked. Any time she starts having the leg cramps she uses the juice and the cramps go away. She said she doesn't even need a whole bottle so it lasts a while. She had forgotten where, and who, it had come from and was telling me how worried she was that it was running out. I was able to relieve her by telling her I got it on Amazon and got her more. She loves how well it works. In the process of trying to find out who, and where, it came from she mentioned it to my oldest brother who is retired from the air force. My brother said the military gives pickle juice to them to prevent muscle cramps and wondered how he could get some for his own leg cramps. I was happy to pass along where I had purchased it. I don't care for pickles so I am glad I don't get leg cramps but if I ever do I will try the pickle juice anyway.

It works for my muscle spasms! So happy I found it!
I didn’t mind the flavor so much. It wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t awful either. The important thing is that this works! I’ve been getting muscle spasms in my stomach and abdomen area muscles and it hurts like hell. I started taking magnesium and I stopped having them as often but occasionally still would get them and they still hurt a lot. I read these reviews and decided I’d give it a try. Today, I started a cramp that would have turned into a spasm in my rib area. I immediately went and opened a bottle so I could finally try the stuff out. I drank half of the bottle and I felt the muscle sort of twitch and then relax. It happened so fast and was almost instant relief. Amazing. I’m definitely keeping this with me all the time now. So happy I found it.

Cramp be Gone!
Being an old marathoner from back in the day, I knew the benefits of of drinking liquids to prevent cramps. I don't run anymore but I do trail biking and can say without a doubt that drinking "Pickle Juice" prevents cramping. I open a bottle and take a few drinks before I start, chase it with a little water, and drink more as I ride (I have ridden up to 80 miles at one time). I also drink it when I'm cutting grass or working outside for long periods of time in the hot sun. It works! The taste isn't as bad as you might think. I've tasted worse drinks. I just ordered another six pack to keep on hand.

Works well but doesn't taste good
With being pregnant, I get a lot of leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night. I got tired of buying pickles at the store only to drink the juice and throw out the pickles so I decided to give this pickle juice a shot. For getting rid of cramps, it works great. It usually takes me between half a bottle and a full bottle before the cramp is gone. With actual pickle juice from the pickle jar, a shot glass full of it would do so you'll need a little more of this than pickle juice from a jar of pickles. No big deal as I'm not wasting food. The taste, however, is not great. It's not terrible and is tolerable as it does help. But be aware that it does not taste like pickles. It kind of have a pickle aftertaste but it definitely does not taste like pickles, which is what I was hoping for. Disappointed in the taste but it's not what I bought it for so I'm only taking one star off because of it.

The worst pickle juice I've ever had
This is easily the worst pickle juice I've ever had. It literally looked like water and tasted like water with just a hint of pickle juice. It was kind of like someone took a water bottle, took a drink and filled it the rest of the way up with pickle juice. I will never buy this brand again. According to the other comments, I either have a very different expectation of what pickle juice should taste like (and I usually drink it straight from the jar) or I got a defective batch. It was just terrible.

Suffer from muscle cramps?
Since I've gotten older I suffer from muscle cramps in my feet and lower legs. Usually this is from lack of hydration. However, when these cramps wake me at night, even with hydrations, sleep would not be possible for almost an hour. My wife did some research and for some reason pickle juice helps. In the beginning I just used to save the pickle juice from the dill pickle jar. This was not a reliable source. I tried making it. Again, not a reliable source. All of the recipes I tried were too strong. This I purchases this product. I keep it in the fridge for night time events. A few ounces and the cramps are gone in minutes. I carry a bottle with me when I go for walks or bicycle rides. I swear by this.I am not a doctor, I don't even play one on TV. Make sure you talk with your doc before consuming this product. It's full of salt.

Missing the pickle flavor
My dad and I LOVE pickle juice and we keep ending up drinking more juice than eating the actual pickles! I figured this would be a great replacement but I was wrong. These taste like vinegar and dill but lack the actual real pickle taste. It was a no go for either of us. If you like a really mild pickle juice then maybe a go?

IT WORKS!
I’m marathon training and on my long runs there are times when near or after finishing I get a little crampy. I have made sure I’m hydrated before I run, I put about 1 1/2 nuun tablets in my water bottle for the run, and drink a few swigs of this stuff before I start my run, and remainder of bottle when done. The last few long runs of 16-19 miles and I haven’t had any issues and the last 19 miler I made a progressive that was mainly uphill. I used to use the nuun electrolytes and/or Gatorade and even use goos during these runs. Now just water, nuun, and Pickle Juice. Yes, I may use a goo with caffeine around the 2 hour mark if I’m racing but haven’t needed it lately and am running majority of miles at or near gmp. Note: Everyone is different and you have to see what works for you but I can say I am happy with its results for me. I am also surprised that it doesn’t seem to give me any bowel issues, which many products do for me, especially on longer runs.
