Great value
The AT3 ARO has very nice build quality, the finish is better than expected. The dot is quite bright, despite having astigmatism that makes it slightly blurred when I focus, it is indeed spot on. I am getting into competition and doing some hunting with my Glock and wanted to test the red dot waters before spending a bundle on a high end sight. Time will tell the real value, but just the solid feel of the sight in hand, better than expected optics, control button, windage and elevation nicely done, adjustable dot size and battery door that’s located right makes me wonder if I’ll end up even bothering with an expensive one.

On The Mark
This was the first sight of this type I have purchased. After researching many others I bought this one due to price, features, and previous reviews. I believe the sight is well constructed, though mine had a couple of blemishes that looked like small dimples on the back of the unit. This was not enough for me to return it. I installed it on a Sig P320 in .45 acp. I had to purchase an adapter plate and remove the rear sight, but this was relatively easy. Sighting in was simple, but make sure you don't lose the Allen wrench.I have shot 200 rounds and this sight has held up well. It has stayed on zero and Target acquisition is much improved for me. The dot is bright and adjustable with one button operation. It comes on at it's previous setting. It does take a little getting used to since it works best with both eyes open. I recommend watching a few videos on using red dot sights to help.If you are looking for a pistol sight of this type, there is no need to overspend, especially if this is your first venture into reflex pistol sights. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this one.

excellent red dot for the money
Very nice well built red dot. installed it on my Ruger Mark IV .22 pistol. Dialed in the aim quite easily and has held the aim for around 300+ rounds. Dot is nice and bright for daytime use. Very happy with the sight and its small size which makes it perfect for pistol mounting. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that the dot is a little oblong and not perfectly circular.

Hard to mount
Good product overall works well once mounted however if you are using the cowittness mount it comes with the low mount installed the screws are so tight that it is nearly impossible to remove them. The included wrench simply bent. I had the professional tools to remove the screws after placing it in a vice and using a T-handel.If you don't have the heavy duty tools you will not be able to make it work

Clean Design
Overall great value in Red Dot.Clean design and very good build quality. Battery is easily replaced while mounted (no need to remove)Tactile click adjustment; Dot is crisp enough realistically speaking, no issues there.***Probably the best feature is the easy to find/large On~Off switch that has memory,,, smart.RecommendAlso:: I'm using the UTG Super Slim RDM20 Absolute Co-Witness Mount

So Far, So Good
Ive always had l good results with AT3's stuff.I expected no less from this optic. I have it on a Mossberg 590 12ga, not many rounds through it so far, but it mounts tight and with some loctite I dont think even the 12ga recoil will make it loose.Of course, with a shotgun its hard to tell real accuracy, Im using it for quick acquisition rather than pinpoint accuracy... but I suspect that mounted on a rifle it would do just fine. I am planning on buying another one.

Great Value!
This sight is incredible bang for the buck. It has all of the features and specs of the higher end stuff but doesn't quite have the 'mil-spec' rating.I originally purchased the normal height sight and liked it so much I bought a second for another rifle which could take advantage of the riser mount. That said I love this thing. It's much smaller and lighter than the other non-reflex style AT3. Only downside is the battery doesn't seem to last as long but even at 5,000 hours you're talking lots of months if not years of normal use.It does not come with a cover but I did manage to find a small belt satchel style bag similar to what you get at tourist trap stores where you can pick out polished rocks and fill it with. I very roughly measured the shape and sewed it and then cut off the extra material. I replaced the cheap cord with paracord/bungie cord and now I have a cheap but effective cover to at least keep the finger prints off. While the cover might not protect it from a drop, I think it might survive a pretty good drop or slam against something solid. Might not be able to survive shotgun blasts like some of the other style red dots but for what I get in return I think it's a great deal.
