2 Pack Pipe Wrap Tape with PVC Backing, 50' Length X 2" Width White Insulation Tape, Chemical Resistant for Insulation and Protection of Electrical Wires, Water Pipes and Underground Pipes

I used this tape to cover some exterior pipe insulation to prevent insulation from deteriorating due to exposure to the elements.Tape adheres very well and is just thick enough to make application easy.

It is tape that really only sticks to itself and nothing else. Do not buy if you need tape that works.

Was easy to wrap AC lines. Was thinner than I was expecting but seems pretty strong. Been on pipes outside in direct sun and is still holding. Seems to be working well for what I needec.

Upgraded the pipe wrap for the exterior portion of my minisplit AC. Product has been on for months and is holding up well. Uv resistances and weather resistance good so far.

What is listed is a 3 roll pack of tape: 150 ft by 10 mil thick of white rubber / PVC. I should have received a total of 450 feet. I did not recieve this. Instead I received 3 rolls of maybe 50 feet each in length with a thickness of maybe 2.5 mills. This stuff is roughly the thickness of cheap electrical tape. What I received is useless for my intended purpose of wrapping the foam around an outdoor HVAC linesets.For comparison, I have a new roll of black Christy's 10 mil X 100 feet tape. The Favor cool tape should have 50% more product per roll but clearly does not and has less than half... maybe only one quarter of the product per roll.

Sticks well to itself and foam insulation. We'll see how well it protects the insulation from the sun, should be cheap insurance

Does what is this for

I received the product today, and learned that there is no way the product is 100 feet long. It is less than half of the pipe wrap I used in the past. I was cheated. I am lucky if I get about 50 feet for two rolls. I had to use them due to my installation schedule.
