I have a pair of boots that have a 4” heel, but not much cushion. After I wore them for a few hours, the ball of my foot was aching. I bought this insole and put them in my shoes. Problem solved!! Now i can wear them everyday for work!

A must have for those we love heels like me! They make my heels incredibly comfy, allowing me to wear them for hours without discomfort. The cushions provide the perfect amount of support and padding right where I need it most, alleviating pressure on the balls of my feet. They fit easily into my shoes and stay in place all day. You can also switch them to another shoe but they could loose adhesiveness if done too often. Such a great buy!

I would have given these cushions 5 stars, but they are way too thick. If these were 1/2 as thick, they would be perfect. Unfortunately, they don't get pressed down thinner when you put your foot in the heels either, so your toes get squished really bad. This is why I had to take a star away. If you have a pair of heels that are a half size too big, these might work very well. They still make your toes get squished into the top of your shoe, but they keep your feet from sliding around and make the heels fit better. These cushions definitely do a great job in preventing pain in the balls of my feet. I understand that the thicker the shoe cushions are, the more comfortable they will make your shoes, but they should not be so thick that they make your toes press up against the top of your heels this bad. I tried these on in a pair of heels that normally fit perfectly and they made the heels very uncomfortable because of my toes being squished so much, that I couldn't wear them. These did work in a pair of heels I have that are a 1/2 size too big though.

These I thought were pretty good for the most part, the only downside was when I stuck them to the shoe, and left it overnight to make sure it really stayed, when I had gotten up, the sticking adhesiveness had worn off I guess overtime, so it wasn’t sticky anymore. So I couldn’t actually use them from when I needed them.

I love these. I tend to buy comfortable shoes but as a bigger girl even in heels after a certain amount of time you get some discomfort. I can last all night with these! Getting for Every shoe!

I needed something to prevent my feet from sliding forward in my heels & these work great! They fit my heels perfectly & stay in place all day! I love that they are clear so you cant even see them. I am new to wearing heels and these cushions prevent me from any discomfort. A great buy and definitely recommend!

Purchased for shoes I am wearing to my daughter’s wedding and these were far too thin not enough gel thickness at all to feel any difference so I removed them and went with a different one. Do not recommend if you need any shoe comfort!
