Ball Wide Mouth Pint Jars 12 Count 16oz - 12cnt

I use these jars for everything. They're my go-to for canning, food storage, and drinkware when we run out of glasses! That said, I'm confused as to why I had a shipment notification from WALMART with my order though. I don't shop at Walmart (and prefer to not support that chain) so that was puzzling.

I. Love. These. Jars.Normal-width mason jars are OK but annoying to clean. That lip requires a great dishwasher or a bottle brush. As someone who lives in an apartment in a city, my dishwasher is mediocre at best and using a bottle brush is one more step in my day. These jars though? As easy as cleaning a glass.More than that, they're big enough that you can store anything in them. In the past week, I've used them to store ice cream, smoothies, spinach and sweet potato curry, red beans and rice with chorizo, and spicy ratatouille. Throw in the food while it's hot, screw the lid on tight, pop it in the fridge or freezer - bam, airtight seal, protected against bacteria, easy to transport. I love these jars. You will too.

What can you say? T'was ever thus that the Mason Jar provided multiple functions in every american kitchen for the last 100 years. Can't go wrong.

Way overpriced

I thought I was getting tinted jars, but was sent clear jars they work.. but I really wanted the tinted jars. I store leftover pain in them. Works best with dark tinted jars. Storing wall paint is great incase you have to do a minor touchup, or match paint later. better than keeping the large gallon can and having it rust. Paint holds up much better, and takes up way less space. but get the tinted jars.

Perfect for soups. I keep them on hand for everyday use... Leftover chili? Put it in the ball jar. Making salad dressing? Put it in a ball jar. They're great for freezing things in. They look better than sandwich baggies or plastic containers. They seal well and can be packed in a lunch without worrying about spills.

Exactly what I ordered. I am happy to say that all made it through the USPS without being broken. For that, I am satisfied.

One of the twelve jars was broken however, I needed the remaining jars so I opted not to return them. Would be nice to have the option in a situation like that to return the broken item rather than the entire case.

Using these jars with small lights in them for the holidays with decorating my dining room table!! Nice wide mouth on jars, perfect size, came in great condition and well packaged and just what I needed to decorate with!!

Excellent size, look forward to using them this summer.

I will be buying quart size and up for making my own vitamin supplements without all the binders and food coloring and other materials that should not be in vitamin supplements. I will be making food to store also.

I ordered ball and got a different brand. Thin glass with very little texture. Slippery and fragile.

We've been using this brand and size jars for years. Well made and reliable product.

Wrong item. I received regular mouth jars :/
