A Helpful Unit
Only complaint, the front wheels flop around when loading and unloading the thing. This problem was solved by using a bungee cord to hold the wheels together then securing them to the frame. Otherwise I really find the unit helpful. I have arthritus in my lower spine so standing or walking a distance pose a problem. The rollator forces me to walk in a more upright position which allows for more comfortable walking and the seat allows for waiting in line. Finally, it quickly folds for visits such as doctor's offices. A well designed piece of equipment.

Great Walker!
We had a walker from this company before, but as my live-in mother-in-law's needs have changed, we decided to purchase this. She seems to really like the walker, although I will say it's slightly wider than the one she previously had. While this is absolutely a benefit for her- it could be damaging to my baseboards if she's not careful when passing through a doorway in the home. It's very sturdy, holds lots of her goodies in the front bag, and there's plenty of space for her to sit down on the seat if need be. I would definitely recommend this. for an elderly person. Thumbs up for sure!

Incredibly smooth and comfortable!
I was a little put off by the price of this walker, but I am so happy I decided to purchase it. I cannot recommend this walker enough! I've had several other walkers, and this one is by far the best. It folds smaller than most other walkers, which is great for saving space in the car, and the way it folds is much more manageable for picking it up. I also love how smoothly this walker glides across various types of terrain. My original walker was a standard rollator, and it rattled the daylights out of me on any surface that wasn't completely flat. The larger wheels of this walker can go from smooth to bumpy with no trouble, and it doesn't rattle my arms off. The handles are extremely comfortable. I've found other types of handles to be very hard on my wrists, but these grips are comfortable and don't place strain on my hands or arms. The seat is also much more comfortable, and I like that it's a little wider and deeper. I'm plus-sized, and the seat allows me enough room while cradling my body where I need the extra support. Trading out my old walker for this one is one of the best decisions that I've made for my health in a long time. If you're on the fence about the expense, it's definitely worth the investment!

Easy to use.
I love the color and how easy it is to use. The design let's me walk closer in so I don't hunch over. It is a little difficult to fold up and lift into the back of my SUV.

I LOVE this roll-a-tor!!!
I love this roll-a-tor! It is lightweight yet sturdy and very easy to use! The wheels turn on a dime and easily glide over bumps and cracks in the pavement, as well as an uneven lawn. And I love the stair climber tabs at the back that help it go up curve bumps and steps. The seat is very comfortable too, which is really important for me because I have severe pain in my hips, lower back, buttocks, and legs due to spine/nerve damage. I had doubts that this type of seat could be comfortable, but this one is so well made and has a built-in cushion; plus, the back rest is so much more comfortable than the one on my regular roll-a-tor with the curved bar.

Great for walking -- impossible to fold
This walker is great for walking and maneuvering. I like the rollator feature. But mine is impossible to fold for travel. The mechanism under the seat is jammed. Unfortunately, I had thrown the packing material away so it would be difficult to send it back.

WHEEL FELL OFF. June 28,2022, bough new walker. Now brakes keep sticking
I bought this pretty walker (purple) in August 2020. It was not cheap but I wanted a walker with bigger wheels. Up to a few days ago, I loved this walker. I am 82 and disabled from post polio, ++ so I will always have to use a walker. I get many compliments when I am out on the walker, and have recommended it. Not any more.A couple of evenings ago I was out on my driveway talking to friends. I cannot walk very far. I was tired and nearly sat down on my walker.I went inside and left my walker in the garage by the freezer. A friend moved my walker when he needed to get into the freezer AND THE REAR WHEEL FELL OF THE WALKER. This is disgusting that the wheel would come off of a walker that is less than two years old.when it was just moved. I thought NOVA had a lifetime guarantee but I cannot find any information on that. Had that wheel fallen off when I was walking with the walker or when I had sat down on it, I could have taken a very bad fall at my age and I could be in the hospital. I have walkers that I have used for twenty years and a wheel has never come off.The walker is very pretty, but obviously not reliable. A wheel should never just fall off for no reason. Twenty minutes before I had been walking on my concrete driveway. I still shudder when I think of how close I was to a really bad fall at my age.NOTE: First walker, wheel fell off after two year very light use. Bought another one in June 2022. Brakes keep sticking, and am afraid will fall. Went to return walker for replacement one, CANNOT RETURN. WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE IS THAT.

Design creates safety issues
We had to return this. Compared to other, more traditional style rollators, the design of positions the user differently. The back wheels end up sticking out quite always behind and create trip hazards when moving away to sit. And safety is obviously a big concern for someone who needs a rollator.
