This product is wonderful - we've cooked everything from pork soup to bird's nest to sea cucumber to steamed crabs and the cooker is perfect every time!! It has a dedicated bird's nest setting which is so easy and has great results.On top of this being a really great product, PandaBrands is wonderful. This product comes with a steam plate which is really useful but unfortunately, ours broke after a couple of months. After I asked a product question on Amazon, Sophie got in touch with me got a replacement steam plate sent out at no cost to me. I would buy from PandaBrands again anytime; they sell great products and they have top notch customer care!!!

This is a great product, we bought first one and it won't work properly but after getting the second one, it works.This is all you need for making soup and so much more, we mainly use it for making soup. It has a timer and all you need to do is put everything in the pot, fill with water and hit the button.You don't have to worry about anything, it will not dry out the soup as the water you fill is actually heating the soup.Great for small family.

Can not work with a new one, I do not have time to turn it back or find someone to repair it. So bad experience for me!!! Never believe you!!! I even never use it!!!

This is a good product and the ceramic jars/containers it comes with is a real plus for making good healthy Chinese soups and desserts. Once you figure out the actual operating instructions, it's fairly straight forward and also fairly easy to clean. Long gone are the days of having to watch over a pot on the stove for hours to get healthy, nutritious soups.HOWEVER... and this is a big note of caution..it's not easy figuring out the operating instructions. The instructions in the manual are god awful and offer zero help in explaining how the pot actually works. It offers good guidance on filling the jars, placing them in the stewpot, filling the water and then when you get to the all important directions for how to turn on, and it basically refers you to the 3 buttons on the front panel to operate. That's it. Nothing - no further explanation of what each does or what sequence to press. The first time I tried to use this (and I even read the Chinese instructions which are just as bad), it was sheer luck that I finally hit the right buttons, after hitting various settings and combinations for half an hour. Whoever wrote this instruction manual really needs to re-do this properly and just have customers avoid the aggravation.

there's a lot stain that can't be cleaned on bottom after used it several times.

It's an excellent cooker for a busy family, but the problem is that the two inner small pots are easy to break in some situations. My two pots are broken after putting into the dishwasher, so it should be a better idea to directly clean them with handwash ;-;

It works poorly for me and it can't never reach the temperature. I guess it is not suitable for American voltage and need a power plug adptor.

Bought for parents, they feel simple use, good quality, proper dosage, including a large saucepan and two small saucepans, large saucepans can be made soup porridge very good, small stews can be used to steam eggs stewed eggs good, set a time, and when the time comes to eat! My parents love it!
