I purchased this item for the second time, and it fits perfectly. It complements my vehicle very well.

The retention ring can be seen behind the opening where the valve stem needs to go. Since the retention ring is in the way, the valve stem can't fit through. I did buy four of these previously and none had this issue.There was no option to do an exchange, just a return. The problem is the vendor is subtracting the cost of the shipping from my refund. They sent me a defective product and are dinging me for return shipping costs.
