Avanti Electric Range Oven, 4 Coil Broilers, 2.1 Cu.Ft., Stainless Steel

Only complaint was on initial delivery, setup on date we requested and given timeframe of between 11:00 and 8:00. We live approx two hours away, left at 8:30 AM, around 8:45 get message that the delivery time would be between 5:30 and 8:00. So, we turn around and go home. Leave at 3:00. At 4:35 get a phone call from delivery people asking if we are at the delivery location, I said no - we are 25 minutes away and that the time we were told was between 5:30 and 8:00. Hangs up phone, arrive and then at 5:15 get message from Amazon saying delivery cancelled due to nobody there to accept it??? Texted delivery driver multiple times with no response.. UGH! Fast forward, delivery set for Monday 05/04/26. Excellent service, no complaints that they had to take the range up three flights of stairs, were very polite! EXCELLENT! Oven is very nice, fingers crossed do not have any issues.

I’ve had the range for a few months and I hate it! I regret not having spent the few extra dollars for the Hotpoint range, which I had prior to this purchase and I loved it. I thought, “how different could they be?”. INCREDIBLY DIFFERENT was the correct answer. Why you ask… 1. The burner coils work only after you shimmy them to make a connection with the heating wiring components. 2. The temp safety gadgets in the center of the burner coils are absolutely ridiculous and annoying. They will often “detect” excessive heat and turn the burner off…in mid cooking. Yeah. Absolutely ludicrous. The coils rarely reach their required temp. Which results in lower food prep quality, undercooked meals or mushy meals that required several more minutes of cooking time because the stupid sensor decided the coil was too hot. Again, RIDICULOUS! 3. The oven probably the one thing that had mediocre reviews in my book. Easy to clean but the temperature is off. Baking is a total guessing game. I think it may be just calibrated incorrectly. And that is a problem. 4. The “backsplash” is held on by two little screws. Great design! One tug a little too hard and bye bye backsplash. 5. The oven light functions properly. Need I say more? Yes! I need to say more… Shortly after leaving this review, the oven part (not the stovetop, but the actual oven itself) Stopped working all together. When I turn it on, I hear a click, as if turned on but no heat. Not sure if it’s the element, some other component, an unknown safety gadget or if it really just died. I’ve tried contacting avanti’s product support phone number but getting someone to speak to is nearly impossible. Their support hours are so minimal and they don’t return calls. I’m so angry with this purchase and this product. I will never buy another avanti product ever again. Total waste of a lot of money!!!

We installed and turned it on. It works! It was missing what we call a pigtail, but I'm not really sure if was supposed to be included. That's the only thing we had to buy.

First, I get the oven and set it up and install it and it’s beautiful, it fits perfectly I. The spot designated for it. I turn the stove on and all of the top parts work, the broiler works but the bottom Element never came on. I called over and over for a refund or an exchange and I got the run around. Finally I talked with the people who covers the warranty and they say they will come and fix it, however it took them 3 weeks to get there. When they get there they don’t have the part. Now I wait 3 more weeks just for them to call and say they have ordered the part but they are waiting for it to come in. I BEG for a refund again I got all kinds of excuses. So I wait and they show up with 2 different parts and they work on it only to leave an hour later saying that it needs another part. There was nothing that I could do at this point I was Hopeless and Helpless, Amazon would not issue me a refund and the company NEVER fixed the oven. They had me waiting Months for parts that didn’t even work. So as sad as it may sound I still had hope when they called one last time and said they ordered another part, that was in May and I have not heard from them since. So I am out of $600 that I could have saved and gotten another oven. I would advise strongly against this product. And I wish Amazon would have done me better because I have been a loyal customer for years

Unreliable. Top burners with short at connections, oven nonfunctional

Worst appliance I have ever purchased. It came without functioning oven setting. New appliance, clearly defective. I have been trying to get this fixed for 2 months - supposedly going to fix a part, and I have followed up no less than a dozen times. Terrible product, terrible service.
