1000 Times Better Than The Original
Replaced the original Jensen unit that came new with my Artic Fox 811 Truck Camper. Much larger than what it replaced, but got it in, and it’s fantastic. More power, Bluetooth, tunes more stations, and love the ergonomics. Paid $259 for “renewed” but it’s just like new — couldn’t be happier, and can’t wait to go camping — Happy Trails!…

You have to download everything to use it
Anything you need to know like how to wire it and using it has to be downloaded and it is missing a trim piece

Another failure of this product
This is the second one of these I have had. The first one the amp failed, now the second one has a mind of its own, no one is in the camper outside speakers will go to mute on their own, present radio stations will change on their own, plus these are the most UN-user friendly devices I have ever owned,and no answer back from e-mails from the manufacturer, I would not install another one of these if the gave me one,,, complete aggravation!

Son loves it
This was a refurbished updated model for my son's fifth wheel trailer. He loves it with all the updated features from older model. It was a plug and play using same wire harnesses as older model.
