I had read quite a few very positive reviews about this seller and especially the customer service. I most certainly was not disappointed!As this was customized work, I had several questions to be resolved before I submitted an order. I sent several photos to have the seller give his opinion as to their usefulness for this technique. He verified each one & recommended the optimal, appropriate size for each. He was very prompt, courteous, helpful, & patient in responding, throughout my many questions!The customized pictures came quite speedily, considering they come from China. They arrived on 6/10, which was at the earliest part of the "guestimate" as to their arrival, which was anytime 6/9-6/20.I was extremely pleased with the excellent packaging! In fact it was the best of any of these types of products I have received from others. They were carefully wrapped around a styrofoam cylinder (not folded), then well wrapped in tubular bubble wrap, which is awesome. That was carefully wrapped in another bag, & then in the mailing pouch. The custom diamond drills were each placed in a sturdy, small zip-lock bag, labeled, & placed very neatly in another bag to contain all of them.I am very pleased at how the photos are done in this medium; they look like they will come out very nicely. I'm very eager to get them started!I can't say enough positive about this entire experience from start to finish! I know I will also be very happy with the ultimate results once I get them completed! I'll try to remember to send pics when they are finished.I know I will be ordering more of these customized designs from this seller again!Many, many thanks!Update 9/24/21Included now are the original picture & the finished picture, as a memory picture of their dear kitty, done by my good friend of their family's kitty. It is gorgeous! It almost looks 3-dimensional! The way she is holding the picture, actually looks like she is holding the kitty-cat! She said she even felt like she really was!She now is doing another family cat picture, which I think will also turn out very nicely. All bead colors were very exact in both pictures.I will address results of 2 other custom pictures in those specific orders... suffice it to say, the transfer to diamond dots' pictures was mostly well done, but unfortunately the colors sent were almost nothing like the original pictures. I still do like this company, as we did have lots of emails back and forth & they really try to correct things. They have sent additional requested colors to help out. But mostly, I've had to rely on colors that I already luckily had.

This diamond painting is great! I will post a picture in the future when I am done. I recieved it a month after I bought it, even with all the Covid stuff going on. The drill area is the size that you order and the dtills tgat I got were amazing. They do sadly use double sided tape instead of poured glue, but when I recieved the canvas is was perfect. The symbols are clear but they dont match the color of the drills. That isnt really a problem though. If you like confetti in your paintings than this place is also good. Because of the picture I used my painting has huge color blocking and confetti. The tool kit is standard, pink pen, no multiplacer, wide block of wax, bent tweezers, white Mosfa boat, and little baggies. If you are plastic concious then I wont recommend this place because they use the very small baggies that are in strips. I had about 96 baggies of 310 and it was a huge waste of plasic. Otherwise I am really happy with my painting and will buy my customs from this seller!Edit: So here I am 2 months later giving an update. I didn't work on it all that much until this month because I had other projects. That was a mistake as when I go to work on it now it had so many bubbles in the glue. If you make it as soon as you get it, you most likely wont have this problem. I have also noticed that my drills are popping off of the canvas. The drills are over crowding eachother which means that when I am done with the painting I will have to seal it with mod podge, which I don't usually have to do. I no longer would recommend this product and will in the future go with other companies such as Treasure Studios Art.

I was really impressed with this product! The packaging was one of the best I've seen buying diamond art. The canvas is good quality and feels like fabric, not plastic. And it came rolled around foam, so it didn't get squished and creased during shipping.Speaking of shipping, it did take about 3-4 weeks, but I knew that going in. If you can wait to receive it, I highly recommend this product. The finished product does come out a bit darker than the original image. So if you want the color to be comparable, maybe lighten up your photo in an editing program first.My first two photos are the canvas when it first arrived. The next three are the finished product. (I tried to get good photos without too much shine on the diamonds) The last is the original image I sent in. Size is 30x40 cm. I will be ordering more in the future, and plan to get various sizes. (Larger canvas sizes work better for more detailed images)All in all, I am very happy with the product, and recommend buying from this seller.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first ever review on Amazon and I am ecstatic to share with you all how my diamond painting experience went. I was kind of skeptical at first whether it would really look exactly like what I sent because they're a lot cheaper than the others that sell customized diamond paintings. I thought it was too good to be true but why don't I just give it a shot?But it was as if I photocopied the photo into a diamond painting. It may have taken a while to get the kit but it was all worthit. So worthit and so amazing that I ordered another customized kit and 2 other friends did and I will be making the diamond painting for them. It was so beautiful and I was so eager to see the end result that I finished the whole thing in 4 days! This is so therapeutic! I was afraid I would fall short of diamonds but I have so many extras left.This is amazing and I highly recommend this vendor!
