I purchased this steamer in 2021, easy to use, proven to be safe in my household, & has given my hair the drop condition penetration needed. I do love that it doubles as a facial steamer, it works extremely well! I just realized after my daughter used my steamer last week, the hood is now cracked. I will purchase a new one, but, it’s currently still working perfectly fine, with no safety concerns or leaks or any sort.

I bought this 2-in-1 hair and facial steamer mainly for hair care, but I’ve ended up using both features. The unit itself is pretty straightforward to set up and use. It heats up quickly, and I like that it doesn’t take up too much space. The only downside is that the water tank could be a little bigger, since you may need to refill during longer sessions. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable steamer that works well for basic hair treatments and occasional facial steaming. Not fancy, but practical and effective for at-home care.

My first complaint is that the lid where you poor the water arrived broken. It will sit in place but not stay locked in. If you move the steamer slightly it comes off. The product also immediately stopped working as soon as the steam turned on and I sat under the hood of the steamer. It immediately mad a non stop bussing noise. I ordered this in may but just opened and used it today. I believe it has a 1 he warranty or at least a warranty with Amazon. Basics save your money. After reading the comments this seems to be a typical issue for this seller. At this point I want to know the process to send this item back and I want my money back. I’ve already gone ahead and spent the $125 for the professional hair steamer. It will be here in the morning. I’ve included the Amazon box and the box it was wrapped in to show I just opened this item. It should work just fine. I also followed the instructions provided to the t. This is not my first steamer but it is by far the worst one purchased. I would give 0 starts because 1 star is definitely too high. DO NOT BUY! EDIT/update: I was sent a replacement since the first item would not work and. It did the exact same thing. I should mention my replacement was received over a few months time and they still had the same issues. Do not buy this!!!! I know it looks nice but trust me when I say it doesn’t last. My mom ordered one that was hipped to her home in ga and while using it it just kept beeping and wouldn’t stop. These are defective

Update: I was contacted in April by an employee - Amber Jones - after seeing my review who indicated that they would like to send me a free replacement. The replacement was sent and when I received it I noticed that their were clearer instructions, especially the one that said do not use purified or distilled water. I really appreciated this. I can tell that it was important to the company that I had a good shopping experience with them. Now on to the product: the replacement has worked well so far. I decided to wait a while to update my review so that I could use it a bit. I use the steamer to to do hot oil treatments, deep condition, and also to re-moisturise my hair. I really love it and am I very grateful a replacement was sent. The steamer did not work. I put it on and it started beeping. Then it just stopped. It is not even coming on. I would like a refund. It was a waste of money for me.

I purchased this steamer in 2022 and it worked fine. I hardly used it, maybe about 5 times since purchasing. I just went to use it and it's not working. The steamer is practically new. Not sure why it's not working. I store it in its original box with the plastic wrappers. I have a handheld steamer but I don't always feel like using my hands. I'll have to purchase a new one. Probably a different brand.

It produces stronger, healthier, and dandruff free hair. It’s easy to setup using water and with a push of a button, the machines are working. Great beauty device!

Great product to use for hair and facials. The only dislike is it can’t be adjust so it can be hard to go under the hood at first. Works very well and it is nice that it has the hooded steamer and facial feature.

We didn’t when get to use it because as soon as a plugged it in and the water steamed, it turned off. Waste of money and time!!!

Love how easy it is to use and put together and how it makes my hair feel. Only took a couple of uses to give my hair a moisturized thicker shinier defined curls look. Wish I had bought it a long time ago!
