Finally found a featherboard that clears the blade on both miter tracks on my Dewalt DWE7491RS. Also, it is very well built. Would request for better instructions and metal miter slides, but the abs plastic ones are also good enough.

This large (8.3" long) set of 2 rectangular featherboards have 6.3" of adjustment range which is greater than similar featherboards. The knobs lock it firmly in place with no slippage on my table saw. The "feathers" are 5/8" high, holding 3/4" boards securely. Two featherboards can be stacked with the included hardware for thicker boards.

This item is quick to install on any work surface with a T-slot. Easy to set-up and adjust and holds fast!

The feather board itself is robust, I expect it to last years. The hardware on the other-hand is a little disappointing. Let me explain. I purchased this set to used in a vertical position to hold down material on my router table, I will be using T Track for securing it. The T bolts that are included are not the traditional size to use in T Track, they are smaller and will fall out. They are also not a 1/4-20 thread, which is also kinda standard for T bolts. In addition, the included miter slot expansion bars are made of plastic. I don't intend to use these so it doesn't matter to me. However plastic would not be ideal to me for this use. If you intend to use this feather board in the fashion I intend to, you will need to have hardware intended to be used in T Track, including the knobs. I'm constantly making jigs, so I usually have plenty of these on hand.

If you're wanting two separate featherboards, I could recommend. However as a stackable- they leave something to be desired.
