Blomus 16-1/2-Inch Mailbox

This is very easy to hang and just looks great. I haven't had any of the issues that others have relative to water getting into the box BUT I did hang it on the wall (under the eves) so not in direct torrential rain or snow. If you have an exposed wall with a lot of snow, you probably can get water inside. But, there is a grate that holds the mail off the bottom and there are drain holes to let out water should any get inside. I am very pleased with the purchase.

This box is well put together! The front face appears to be 16 gauge stainless steel. It measures 1/16" thick. The fit and finish are great. The door is gasketed and the top appears to be designed to shed water. However my porch has quite an overhang so rain shouldn't be an issue for me. There is a removable slotted stainless steel tray in the bottom which looks to be a way of keeping mail dry if water were to seep in. I was flustrated that there were no good photos of this box online so I've included a few in this review.

Beautiful modern design but horrible quality lock. It needs replacement.
