Troubleshooting (Grinder can not work) 1. Long-time working may cause the machine to stop working. To prevent overheating, do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Leave to cool for 3 minutes after every batch of operation. 2. The grinding wheel was not locked into position. Please turn the Grinding Wheel counterclockwise to lock it into position. When the grinding wheel is locking there will be a “ticking” sound. 3. The micro switch of the bean hopper and the coffee powder container might be in poor contact. Plese try to install these 2 parts again.

has made my life better
This grinder is great. It works well, has lots of settings, is easy to use and gives a nice even grind. I am enjoying my coffee much more since buying the unit.I have no hesitation recommending it for the price and it looks good on the counter too.

pro grade for my espresso :)
I am a professional barista with 8 years of experience in Manhattan from very fast paced places to upscale restaurants and I like to think I'm knowledgeable about coffee beans and how to prepare drinks. With that said I hope my opinion can be of use.At work we use very expensive machinery to prepare fresh coffee, unaffordable for most people and me but I have a small station at home for espresso drinks and in order to have the best results fresh ground coffee is needed. After looking for a while I found this grinder and I really love it for the multiple settings it offers, the storage, size and how affordable is.Most of the time I use it to the finest setting for espresso, something I wasn't able to do with other grinders that had blades and just didn't give me the thickness necessary for that, best of all is that you can select how fine you want the coffee to be so you always have the best results depending of how you brew the coffee.Since the upper chamber has a lid I store my whole beans there and grind as needed for the time of preparation, for me that is usually a double shot of espresso, its always fresh and with the full flavors/aroma.I was even able to grind the normal medium ground coffee that stores sell to a fine ground for espresso.I would highly recommend this coffee grinder to anyone who wants to get the most of the coffee bean by preparing fresh ground every time, if you are a coffee enthusiast you will appreciate that.

Great grinder!
This is an excellent grinder. I’ve used hand held grinders for 30 years and I wanted a Stand-alone unit with a hopper. This grinder is inexpensive, reliable, and has an array of grind settings. The hopper holds about a weeks worth of beans so you aren’t refilling it every day.

coffee lovers must have.
Great little appliance to add to our kitchen. We recently discovered how much better fresh gounded coffee is compared to pre-grinded(Ground). This little machine has been great. Like my coffee super strong so i like that this has the fine(esspresso) selection. Also super easy to clean. I also like that it has a hopper that i van fill up and still keep the beans fresh. If you love coffee this is a must.

Grinds a little too fast and too fine
HI. This is a beautiful modular grinder in terms of style and size, the parts come out easy and are cleanable. One issue is coffee grind surface tension, meaning the grinds/dust has this tendency to stick to the plastic dispenser, the cover, etc. Do not know the cure for that problem, but I've had other grinders where it didn't happen. The only other thing is the grind is very fine, even though there is an adjustment to enlarge the size, I feel the motor spins the grinder wheel too fast, but I am not an expert, so take that with a grain of salt, or coffee grinds, whatever works best.

Great Customer Service
Unfortunately my coffee grinder only worked once and then stopped. The Seller worked with me and issued a prompt refund without needing to send the broken item back. I’m sure this was an isolated instance.

Awful, had to return
Does not grind beans into anything other than a fine powder. Even on the coarsest setting the beans are turned into 1/4 granules and 3/4 powder. The powder is so fine that anytime you open the lid on the grounds container and try to scoop some out your countertop will be coated in powdered coffee grounds. If you’re grinding anything over a 3 this is not for you.
