Very satisfied with customer service response from this company. My first order the seal was broken on one of the bottles. In 2-3 days a replacement bottle was received, however thanks to USPS the bottle was broken and the box completely saturated. I contacted the company and sent them a photo. Within 2-3 days, a replacement bottle bottle was received. The juice is excellent, I immediately noticed benefits to my health. I would wake up with aches in my legs each morning, so much that I would have to really take my time to get out of the bed. After using the Wailua River Noni juice, I noticed the aches went away. Mucous was expelled from my body and I was able to breath healthier. I highly recommend this product.

I have taken Tahitian Noni by Morinda for 25 yrs. so I thought I would try this my 1st bottle taste like it is spoiled. Horrible! Im afraid to open the 2nd I may send both back .

I am taking Noni juice (1 oz a day) as an anti-tumor supplement. I had read that the juice has a very unpleasant taste and selected Wailua River on the recommendation of a friend on Kauai and on-line comments about tasting OK. I find it quite fine, no issue at all in enjoying my daily dose. No idea if it will be any help in suppressing malignant growth - but am certainly willing to add this Noni juice to my daily routine. It was very well packaged and arrived without any damage.
