I've had this case for about 2 weeks now and so far, it is working perfectly. It has definitely made my daily routine much easier by not having to plug in my phone multiple times throughout the day to recharge. When my phone gets down to about 20%, I simply turn on the battery case by pressing the button on the back and the phone immediately begins recharging itself. I can drop it back in my pocket, and before you know it, it's back up to 100% again. I have an iPhone 6S and it can easily recharge it 2-3 times. I've yet to have a day where I ran out of battery life since adding this case.My only suggestion for making the product even better would be to add a vary basic credit card sleeve on the back. I used to have a case with a credit card holder built in and loved not having to carry a wallet for my basic necessities (credit card, license, insurance card), but always ran out of battery throughout the day. So I basically had to choose between a battery case or a credit card holder case. I started using Apple Pay, which helps reduce the need for a credit card (although some places still don't accept apple pay, so an emergency credit card would be helpful)... and I can keep my insurance info in a digital format... but I do need to still carry my license on me at all times, so just a basic sleeve that could hold 1 or 2 cards (or a folded $20 bill to have some cash on hand) would be a fantastic and welcome addition. I've looked everywhere and can't find a product that does both (battery and card sleeve). Again... that's just a wish list item. This product is fantastic as is and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

The case is very comfortable with it’s smooth finish over the battery compartment. I’m running iOS 14.0 which allows for the double and triple tap functions on the back of the phone. Those functions operate without issues even when the case is on. The case almost doubles the thickness of the phone, but this is a very thin phone to begin with so it’s not that big an issue for a battery case. Great value compared to other battery cases. Highly recommend this value-price phone battery case.

I have Used it for 3 days and it was able to charge my phone for a full charge. The led indicator is helpful to see how much is left on the case. It has cutouts for the headphone jack and lightning cable. It uses the lighting port to charge the case and the phone. It first charges the phone then it charges the case. Overall, it’s a very good and affordable case compared to the Apple charging case.

Original review: rated at 2 starsThe charging port on the outside of this case (the female end which receives the charging cable) is not sized correctly. The port is too big (and maybe too shallow) so the charging cable wobbles around in the port and charging starts and stops frequently. The cable also falls out quite frequently. I ended up taking my phone out of the case to charge the phone and charging the case separately (while the phone was not in the case). Don't waste your money on this.EDITED REVIEW: lowered to 1-star, after receiving multiple contacts from someone claiming to be the seller:After leaving this review, I have received numerous spam contacts from someone identifying themselves as "Sara from iPhone 6/6s/7/8/SE 2020 battery case supplier". I was contacted via text message to my phone, text message to another phone number on my wireless plan, and email. I was not contacted here on amazon where I purchased the item from the sellers account. The seller is either selling customer's data, egregiously invading the privacy of their customers, or has had a data breach.The item I purchased was OK with some faults in the charging port, but the behavior of the seller is inexcusable.

It worked fine for a while but now the case plug in won't hold the charging end of the cable. It slips out or loses contact. Have to take phone out of case to charge.Update: The seller sent an email offering a refund, which I accepted. However, apparently they want me to remove my review first. They keep sending me emails wanting me to respond. I have responded to every one of them. Now they say they won't refund because I didn't respond.Further update: Apparent miscommunication. The seller has refunded the cost of the case. I would still hesitate to buy the case, but the seller doesn't make it, and they made good on resolving the issue.

This is my third battery case. I just received it a week ago. So far so good. It feels lighter and the earplug connector does not need an adaptable (like my other cases). The top of the case seems to be more flexible than my other cases for when you want to remove your phone. Hopefully it will last me a long time.Unfortunately it only lasted 5 months. It started not charging so I would have to take my phone out to charge it separately. Now the tab broke off. You would think these battery cases would last at least a year.And I can’t even find the company’s website to see if there was a warranty!

It worked great for just over 30 days. I've had a Mophie in the past and one from Apple also. This holds a good amount of power. You cant use the lighting connection for anything other than charging. There is no audio connection through the unit. Also, when I plug it into my Hp laptop it is not recognized. These are all in the reviews so no suprises here.What I am disappointed with is that the charging of the unit started to go bad after 30 days. I had to jiggle the lighting connection between the charging cord and the unit. after 2 months I have to have the charging cord angled/pushed toward the back of the unit when charging. SEE PICTURE. It I just push the lighting plug straight in it wont charge. The contacts in the piece are obviously not working right, they are wearing out as I didnt have to do this initially. It is only getting worse. I suspect that after 3-4 months of use it will just be a thick and heavy protection case.

This battery case almost triples my battery life now. The case is pretty thin and has protected my phone from two drops already. It easy to reach my headphone jack and charge port. I can't recommend this product enough.
