Rubie's Justice League The Flash Child's Costume

When my 9 yr old came to me and said he wanted to be Flash for Halloween; I wasn't quite sure if I liked it or not. I thought that maybe it was a little too young for him. However, after looking at a few different options, I realized that they had different costumes for different age groups. This one worked perfectly for him! He's 4'6 and 73 lbs., and I ordered a medium. It fit him perfect! He looked great in it and everyone raved over him. He ended up wearing it to 3 different functions and we never saw another Flash. We did have to put a shirt on under it because it's open in the back under the closure, but we had a solid red dry fit under armour shirt and it it worked perfect. The quality is great and the only issue we had was with the Velcro closure in the back.One side of it separated from the fabric, but we were on the go so we just pinned it and carried on. This is one that we have decided to keep and put it back in the bag and in the closet!

See my title.The entire thing is made of very durable fabric, down to the boot tops. It is easy to get into, but maybe because I bought a size up. Even with that, it still fit him perfectly. There was enough ties (around the waist and neck) to secure the costume properly. The boot tops fit very well over his Crocs (with elastic bands wrapping around the soles) and they stuck! +5 points there for that reason alone!!!The costume is pretty warm so that is nice for the night. And the mask is beautiful, it isn't squished down or flimsy and made of felt. This is the real deal! The mask is also adjustable to fit their heads of any size and it's so easy to put on. The details on the costume are nice too, no fraying.We took the costume on a trial run to get his portrait pictures taken and they turned out great. For the little zoomers in your life, this is the costume to get for Halloween, or even just for his imagination closet. :) He wanted to wear this ever since he watched Daddy Day Care with me. LOL

My 5 year old wears a xs. Fits perfectly. Fabric is okay but it’s just costume. No complaints.

I ordered this costume for our 5 year old grandson to wear at Walt Disney World's Halloween party in mid-October. Thank heavens it only had to last for the one outing. It arrived with a small hole in one of the seams. Easy to fix but geez. My grandson was 48" tall and thin. The costume legs were too long but I had a bunch of safety pins with me so I could make alterations. This is a cheap costume and my grandson loved it. Even the hat/mask worked out long enough to get pictures. The quality isn't great and I don't think anything should arrive with a hole in it but no harm done. I gave it 4 stars because when my grandson is happy, that's really all that matters.

My son is 5. I don't really know if he is small or big for his age or what, but I got the medium. It was a little long, which is fine because a small would have been too small I bet.But geez he loves this thing. He put it on immediately and as you could guess he was flashing around the house all night. The helmet thing looks super cool.Obviously this isn't like super awesome quality. It has cheap little Velcro in the back of the suit and helmet to hold it on. The 5 stars is for how awesome it looks and how much my son loves it.

Glad to find an affordable, USA made costume. It's a perfect fit based on the size chart (small for a tall slim preschooler) but order up if you live in a cold climate and need to wear layers! Only one layer of regular clothes would fit underneath and he was sad to cover it up with his coat.
