I read some reviews about the hole missing, so that is the first thing I checked for. While the hole was a little shallow, I put the end of a pen through it and now it's perfect! The design on the wood is a little dinged up because it came in a box without any wrapping, but honestly I don't really mind. Still looks and works great.

Should Have Known
Well for $3.99 I should have expected a somewhat less than stellar quality...but I guess I'm a bit of a dreamer because the quality of this product really shocked me...in a negative way...it's irregularly shaped and has a multitude of textures from smooth to extra rough...the paint is uneven and for some reason there is a weird amount of hair/fibers stuck to it...and when I peeled of the product sticker it took most of the paint off of that area with it...haven't tested its actual function capabilities yet...fingers crossed that it works as intended...because the presentation is much less then that...but again it was only $3.99 so yeah...
