How do the kids drink it from the topper?** A: The tops do not come with these. I buy these individually or in smaller packs from target, Walmart, or grocery stores and then wash and reuse the tops with these refills. The tops are one way straws that somehow do not spill. **Q: do they with the toppers?** A: These refills do not come with the toppers. **Q: Are the bottles reusable? And dishwasher safe?** A: I've never tried to wash the bottles, but I do put the character tops in the dishwasher (top-rack). No issues so far.
