21 inches. We bought it because most other walkers were too wide to go through our 22 inch wide bathroom door.

Hello, this walker is 18.63” wide when fully open. It will fit through a 21" doorway. It will be a close fit with hands on the handles, but it will make it. Thank you for asking.
