Large-Key Wireless VisionBoard Computer Keyboard

If you are a hunt and peck typist who looks at the keyboard while you type and you are tired of hitting 2 keys at once on a normal computer keyboard then this is definitely the keyboard for you. This is not the kids model with the different color keys. This is the top of the line Chester Creek large key keyboard and it it wireless. I was running an MX5500 Logitech keyboard and mouse. A very nice piece of gear but with regular size keys.I just got sick of hitting 2 keys at once. There are a fair amount of keyboards to choose from. I'm a careful shopper and I do my research and take my time. This looked like the best adult large key large letter keyboard. It sure is. If you are a "fat fingered typist" like I am and often hit 2 keys at once you will love this keyboard.There are models for young kids that have the keyboard divided up with color in interesting and educational ways. This one has plain large blacks keys with large white letters and is just a pleasure to type on. I do a lot of writing and the hitting 2 keys at once was becoming a real time waster with the cleanup of each paragraph typed.Now I sail through whole paragraphs with no mistakes. This keyboard is just what I needed. Very happy camper.

Keyboard is great but the keys are not lighted. I tried different batteries but still no light.

I like the size and the visibility, but. It is very noisy and most of the white lettering has rubbed of. Now only I can use it since I know which letters and where they are. Will not buy it again, must be a better lasting product someplace.Linas

after replacing the batteries for the first time the keyboard would not talk to the computer. I am very savvy on computer's, called the Chester creek co. they had no answers.. The keys are large, I liked that but if the keyboard does not work what good is it? Tried to return but I have had it for 3 1/2 months....

Got this as a gift for my dad and he LOVES it. He has macular degeneration and doesn’t struggle with this one like the Mac keyboard. The keys are HUGE (and the reverse coloring makes it easier for him to see the keys) We joke about his “sausage fingers” so it makes typing a lot better.A little note, the directions aren’t great, but if you have a Mac, make sure to follow the steps IN ORDER or else the computer won’t recognize the keyboard. Oh! And you need a tiny Phillips screw driver for the battery chamber.

Wonderful keyboard while it lasted. 6-months and totally dead. Tried new batteries, reset it over and over again without result. Out of warrantee and FYI, www.chestercreek.com is gone, and moreover Chester Creek went out of business in October of 2014. Looks like I bought the keyboard a month after they closed.

I was so worried after reading some reviews that I had a bias. So I thought the led had to be lit once the batteries were in. So I changed the batteries, when I fooled with the batteries the led would flicker. To sum it up. The led is not lit , only if it blinks indicating low battery. The flickering was for an instant as the contacts separated it gave a low battery indication. So I wanted it to work so badly I figured it may not need to be lit. But nothing worked. I could locate the usb in windows no problem so I kept tryingNeedless to say I had jammed the shift button so no key input wold workDon’t be like me. It will work out of the box. The batteries are fine. Get the pole right on the batteries, plug in the usb. Make widows recognizes it , it will , and enjoyI love it. I’m learning to touch type for Blender key commands. And 5 minutes in , forget it. My fingers are too big. This makes all the difference. Big time.The reason I wanted this to work is this keyboard is the Only Keyboard with big keys. The company is out of business I believe. But there is a stock of them. So get them while u can.

Never thought I would find a large key keyboard. Have a coworker who has large hands and had fat-finger syndrome on an original keyboard. Searched high and low for 1" x 1" keys and he loves it. Do not purchase if you just need the letters on the keys enlarged (magnified lettering is available too) as the keys are actually huge and it hurts to type if you have small hands.Thanks this keyboard works great and is exactly what my co-worker was requesting.
