DunhamMen's Cloud Mid Cut Waterproof Boot

I have hammer toes and am on my feet the better part of the day. have tried numerous shoes and until these have not found a pair that did not hurt my toes. these shoes are comfortable, fit well, have laces that remain tied without double knotting and are easy on and off. Great shoes.

I love New Balance shoes...but this particular pair of boots did not match my high expectations...!The string eyelet rivets are exposed inside the shoe. When you flex your foot, the metal rivet bites into your foot...and there is not way to fix it...!

This is my second pair of these boots. They are "hands-down" the finest orthotic footwear that I have ever worn--fit snugly, provide a first-class platform for healing feet, and function well in both city environment and in the country. They're waterproof--require no dressing to make them impervious to snow or rain--and their soles grip the land better than ordinary winter shoes or boots.

I have had three pairs of these boots over the years and they are great out of the box and through mid-life.Once they get worn in they fail rapidly. The boot becomes sloppy and loses support, is less waterproof (or not) and the sole begins to peel off. Note the sole is very thin and just glued on. Give them two winters and then punt.

OK this is my third New Balance product. All prior had also been shoes. I ordered these in the same size and width as both prior NB products, one pair less then a year ago bought and on my feet now.THESE RUN SMALL! I wear standard width 11.5 and these thing are crushing my feet. If I even considered hiking in them I would be crippled within a mile.

These boots say slip resistant right on the soles and are advertised as that. But I got them wet on aluminum, steel.tile and grass and slpped like crazy. And the support in the bottom is very poor. do not get these is your looking for something slip resistant or with a solid shank.
