Amazing artwork
This is a fun game for Sanderfans to live out their RPG fantasy. The artwork is amazing and there are a lot of callbacks to the books. Not too hard to get the hang of and each time you play it is different

Fun and exciting
Accidentally my roommate got the epic campaign version of call to adventure first. And after figuring that out we enjoyed the game some much the lot of us bought the base game and all dlc. The stormlight archives version is a lot of fun and adds a fun new mechanic. I also credit this game with introducing me to Brandon Sanderson which I can’t believe it took me this long. So OMG yes

We love this game!
The artwork is amazing and game play is very balanced! We always get distracted by looking at the cards since every card is a unique scene from the books.

Good version of a good game.
Having played the original game in this series, this is a nice adaption. If you already have the original, this is literally it just with Stormlight Archive skin slapped on. That's not a bad thing. I don't own any of the others, so I chose this one specifically for the theme. But it plays exactly the same as the others, with I think just the added feature of the "end boss" that you can play with if you choose, or you can play it just like the regular version. It's a fun story-driven game. It is easy to grasp and learn, and if you enjoy a narrative experience but without all the heavy story-reading of some other games, this is great. Very thematic, and if you want to tell your character's story at the end for some added immersion you can. The art is pretty good. Quality is decent. I prefer some thicker card stock and player boards myself, but it comes with its own insert and the runes you toss are okay for plastic chits. I wish they'd been a bit heavier, but the value is acceptable at the price point. There's no need to own multiple version of this game. Pick the theme you like and go with that.

Obsessed with the game
I got this game because I liked Call to Adventure and really like the Stormlight Archive books. Those in my house became obsessed with it fast. Nearly played it everyday since it arrived. Easily will become a family favourite game quickly.

My husband is a big fan of this book and he also loved the game!
The media could not be loaded. My husband loves this and I even enjoyed playing it with him. I have not read the books, but it was still enjoyable. I will say it is more complicated then most games. If you are not used to board games, this is not for you.

My favorite book series in a board game? // ¿Mi saga de libros favorita en juego de mesa?
Shut up and take my money!Aesthetically it is wonderful, seeing iconic moments in the saga and endearing characters from the books is wonderful. The game is fun and helps the imaginationThe problem? It is 100% for fans, a person who has not read anything from the Stormligth archive will hardly understand the context (the gameplay is explainable) and is more likely to not enjoy it. 'My recomendation? Read the Stormligth archive and play this.Regarding the construction of the game, the pieces feel of good quality and good materials, the runes (dice) are exquisite to the touch, and the cards are made of good materials and also have good printing. The character sheets... I don't like that so much, they feel flimsy, not very thick cardboard.¡Callate y toma mi dinero!

Great Game for All
I bought this game because I’m a huge Cosmere fan. I’m also an avid board gamer. I can say that this game scratched both itches super well!As a Cosmere fan, it was very cool to see all the artwork and story pieces from the Stormlight series, and it’s was amazing to feel like you are getting involved in the story. But even were I not a Stormlight fan, this game was just fun in its own right. It’s a good balance of different strategic options, giving you meaningful decisions to make throughout the game. At the same time, it’s not a difficult game to learn (i.e., it’s a game with depth of strategy, not depth from rule complexity). Like I said, it’s great for all!
