Just right but needs a little extra work.
Just like some other reviewers, this is not a drop-in replacement for the existing blower, the electrical cord is too short. My solution was to cut the existing cord closer to the motor, after I removed power from the stove, and used lever nuts (wire nuts) to make the new connection. You could also use male and female spade terminals, but this was a little quicker and I had the lever nuts readily available. This new blower works great though. I believe it is even a little bit quieter than the original.I would definitely purchase again. One final note. I didn't originally purchase the blower wheel at the same time I bought the motor. After starting this repair, I could not get the blower wheel off the shaft of the original motor. It is held on to the motor with just a set screw and try as I might, I just could not get that set screw to come loose, I even bent my Allen wrench in the processes. I ended up having to cut the shaft of the original motor and then purchasing a new blower wheel to complete this project.

Works great
A perfect replacement for the old motor. Same specs, easy install. I also bought the paddle fan, because I knew I would never get the old one off.Amazon almost always has the best price for motors - equal quality ( not American made vs. import).

Very good customer service
The media could not be loaded. The first motor I received had a bad bearing inside of it. Wiring was a little tricky but I paid attention to how the old motor was wired to make sure I hooked this up right. They have amazing customer service and helped me figure out what was wrong. They sent me out another motor (I paid for it) and it was here within four days. I removed the defective and installed the new and its very quiet and working like a charm! The defective one is in the box ready to mail back to them. I can’t say enough about their tech line and customer service! And motor is exactly the same brand as the original, for far less the cost than the dealer! Over all good!

Better than Original
Just a great replacement part! Real good price, super fast delivery, and easy installation! Super Quiet compared to original part. I see that lots of people that purchased this part complained that the wires were to short. An installation suggestion is to take your new part to a store like Home Depot and buy for under $5.00 a box of male wire connectors that match the female connectors that come on the new part. Then cut the three existing wires a few inches from the old part being replaced, crimp on the mail fittings, attach to the female fittings, and install the new part. Plenty of wire length. In taking out the old part just loosen the three wing nuts holding it in place, turn a quarter of a turn counter clock wise, and the whole part comes right out of the stove. Reverse the process to install the new part. Actually pretty easy.

Solved a very noisy pellet stove problem.
My six year old pellet stove (Harman P68) was making a heck of a noise during operation. Not sure it was the exhaust motor or blower motor so I ordered both. Turns out it was the exhaust motor and this solved the noisy problem. The motor itself was easy to change but I did have to remove the ash pot, then clean everything, take the back panels off, and connect the new wires to the existing wires with the supplied connectors. So, it was time consuming but had everything up and running in two hours. And now a word about Harman stoves. Yeah, a six year old stove shouldn't be having this kind of problem already but just want everyone to realize that I burn 5 tons of pellets a year which is a heck of a lot of pellets. I've had no other issues with this stove and are very happy with it's performance. I'll update this post should there be any future problems with this exhaust motor. The motor was labeled "Made in USA" and was the same manufacture of the old motor that was replaced.

Not happy!! Was not a direct fit had to ...
Not happy!! Was not a direct fit had to add 12 inches to all 3 wires on harness. It plugs in on the other side of the stove they should know that.....they couldn't have added 12 more inches of wire before they put the ends on the wires. Cheap replacement....stopped buying pellets there and now stopped buying parts from them as well. Sorry these people need customer service. They are all over the sale give them credit for that but after that they fall way short no follow through. Here is a pic of the original one. The new one had 3 single wires about 12 inches long.

Huge noise reduction!
This motor arrived in 2 days. It's was really easy to install on my 2014 Harmon Accentra52i. I cannot say the same about removing the old part! I didn't realize how loud my stove got over the years. The old motor measured 71 decibel, this replacement measures 50 decibel. It's a huge difference when trying to watch TV or have a conversation. It's worth the 2 hours of work to remove the old fan blade with the stripped set screw (hint: use a Dremel and cut the shaft) and the 10 minutes to install this replacement.
