When I ordered the fancy Panasonic N2QAYB000486 Remote Control (supposedly the same thing as this remote control), it did not work at all, it took forever to arrive from China, and it cost more than this remote control.This remote control works great, arrived in no time, and cost less. The remote works BUT the name on the front was scratched off and a small MADE IN CHINA sticker was put over it. It works but looks bad.

My son in law gave me a tv with no remote this was a very inexpensive fix. Worked great
