The beans are not as dark as I expected but it makes a delicious, strong cup of coffee ( or in my case, an espresso shot).

I love, love, love this espresso! The package arrived the same day my fully automatic espresso machine did. What can I say? I'm ditching the other famous name for this one. This is AMAZING!This espresso lacks the bitterness found in other espresso coffees. It's full bodied and absolutely delicious. This reminds me of my Tia Fe's cafecitos!I also tried this in my Dulce De Leche Latte and once again, this bean produced a latte few coffee shops can rival. Now I can make all of my favorites at home.If you dream of being in Miami on a hot summer morning and ordering a cortadito from a coffee bar while you pick out your pastelitos. That coffee is this. These coffee beans have exceeded my expectations and I will be a loyal customer for as long as your company sells coffee beans. I loved the name because that's where my family is from, but the taste truly won me over.This is a true Cuban espresso bean, and it gets all 5 stars from me.

I’m pretty partial to the darker roast and bitter taste of bustelo y pilon, but this espresso bean was a nice surprise. It’s not as bold in the taste, as I typically like. However, it is more creamy, as advertised, and i believe it’s quite a deal with regards to the price per quantity. I will certainly enjoy this on a weekly occasion. I give it four stars for a pleasant experience, and excellent price. I only retain the fifth star, as I’m not in love with the product. I think it is excellent, rich in taste, and can be appreciated by many who purchase it. The quality, price, and packaging of this product makes me trust the vendors enough to purchase from them again.

The flavor of this espresso is on the milder side and never bitter.

Best thing hands down. I only by old Havana. I've bought this now 3 times. It's my to go too. I've definitely have became a espresso snob these last couple yrs. I won't go to a barista anymore. I like knowing the beans I get are oily an the flavor is fantastic. I saw a review that some stick. I don't have that problem I think it's how often you clean your machine or maybe type of machine. An I know espresso machines are not cheap. But like I said I don't have that issue. But anyways, I've tried many brands an this one is definitely a favorite.

I used it to extend other coffees that are a bit more robust. It's not bad on its own but not particularly rich nor robust.Maybe buy it on sale? We drink espresso almost exclusively and seek strong, dark roasted beans for the grinder. These are about 6 of a possible 10. I've had Cuban coffee in PR. It has a particular flavor that we did not find here...still, not too bad
