Gummy bears!
Lets be honest, putting multivits into chewy gummy bears is the calpol equivalent for adults. I hate taking tablets so starting the day with a little fruity gummy bear makes me smile. They actually taste nice, easy to chew and swallow and hopefully as good for you as they say on the tub.

great formula, great taste
I was looking for a vitamin supplement that had the ingredients I needed and had something about it that meant I wouldn't forget to take it. These gummies fill the bill. I have a sweet tooth and am trying to give up sweets - so I now limit myself to two a day and they are the two multivit gummies I take each day. Sweet, chewy, great taste and good for me - win-win. I take them first thing in the morning before I get ready for the day, and a little while lateras my routine ends I fninish by cleaning my teeth -so limiting any dental issues from the gummies. What's not to love.
