Feels cheap but works good so I guess I can't complain. Arrived disassembled, from what looked like rough shipping. But easy to put back together, good for the money.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. My sister told me it broke recently. Very disappointing as I spent what I considered a good amount of money because it was a gift. It's not like a wine bottle opener is in constant use. Apparently they had a 30 day return policy, so we missed the date by a few weeks. Don't waste your money on this product or the company, if they can't guarantee their product for 90+ days.

It only lasted 3 months. It was good while it lasted but did not last long at all. I used this for home use and it never should have broken as fast as it did. I would look for a much better product.

It opened the first bottle of wine just fine...on the second one, the handle snapped off! Returning it.

Seems to be well made and heavy duty. I hope so. The packaging is a little basic but the product seems well made

Did not work the first try. Had to change the iron worm....
