My original case (from Jan '16) finally started splitting apart, and the kids didn't think my red duct tape enhancement was stylish enough. And, I was retiring my 6 and upgrading all the way to my daughter's cast-off iphone 7. (Don't laugh, it has 256Gb.) So I began searching for a new case, and the "Crystal gray" was the ultimate winner.Installation was easy, took maybe 5 minutes to install the case. Just make sure to watch the video a couple of times first. Anyone complaining about installation obviously did not watch the video. And if you have rubber gloves, like the video, they're not a bad idea; to help keep smudges and fingerprints away during install, especially if you have one of the "crystal" cases. You will be touching the edges a lot.Case fits, looks, and feels great. Buttons are well-place and reactive. I feel like my phone is well protected from drops and spills, probably more than a 3-4 year old phone needs to be. There is nothing slippery about this case, but almost-imperceptible traction bands around the edges make it even less likely to slip out of your hand.Bonus feature: turn on the flashlight, even on the lowest setting, and the rim of the case glows like a rope light (3rd photo).Cons:It is larger than I expected, 3" x 5.75" x .5". My old case added no more than a couple mm to each dimension. But it fits well in my hand, and I will adjust.There is a strong flap over the charging port, that must be held open while inserting the plug. Not horrible, just not used to that. It will surely keep out the pocket lint.There is also a flap over the mute switch, that makes it more difficult to access. It also must be held open, and is not very easy to reach into; if you have smaller fingers or longer nails you may do better at that. If you're accustomed to flipping the switch without even removing your phone from your pocket, as I was, that may no longer be possible. I'm slightly tempted to just carefully slice that flap off, but I'll give it a while.Overall a great value, great protection. If I had a brand-new $1200 phone instead, I might be a little more selective, maybe not.

I got this for my sons new iPhone SE, provides maximum protection while showing off the color and look of his new phone, whicn he really likes. I like that I don't have to worry about him damaging his new phone should he drop it. As this case has 2 thick layers of protection from drops.This is easy to instal and doesn't leave fingerprints on the clear case as you would think it would. Its basically a clear otterbox defender case without the silly holster.

It was annoying to try to figure out how to get the case on the phone. The pictures were small and didn’t show much. The silicon they’re talking about us the outer ring on the sides of the phone. Open the large tab on the short end. This is where the charging cord goes. Pull up on it until you see a slight space. Either slide a flathead screwdriver or a metal nail file to gently loosen the seal and corners. Pull up on the corners and peel it off. You will see how the rest opens up and seals back up. Loosening the seal on the bottom is the hard part. It does not come with a screen cover. But the lip sticks up a quarter of an inch and has a protective hard plastic piece over the top speaker and home button. I like this because dirt and cat hair doesn’t get trapped inside of it. It looks like one of the Otterboxes but is clear. It shows off the color of my phone. I have Product Red. It does not have a gaudy company logo plastered in it.

*UPDATE: My phone was unfortunately in the wrong place and came under attack by a powder sugar explosion during holiday baking, making me take the cover off and deep clean it. The cover is difficult to take off, but not impossible. Mainly because the outer shell (purple cover part) hooks into grooves, which locks it in place. After taking the entire cover apart, I realized I cracked a piece of the plastic cover that is under the purple outer cover. I then put all cover pieces back on my phone and can't tell where it cracked. The purple outer cover secures it really well. As long as you do not constantly take the cover off and on, I don't think you should have any issues with this case. I still love it and will purchase again, if I ever need a new one.Original review: So I have butter-fingers and drop my phone a lot. I’ve tried Otter boxes before, but they were too bulky (me being picky). I’ve had other cases I liked, but they either stretched and would slip off my phone, or any color/picture would wear off. This case is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I can use my own screen protector, it locks into place (no more slipping off), and it’s sturdy! I’ve had this cover for a few months now and have dropped my phone plenty (including on concrete at my work). No scratches, dings, dents, anything. In fact, it still looks like new!

I just so happen to have this case, the product boasts about being durable and I completely agree, it’s so durable that it took the strength of 11 lions, 32 adults, 3 warriors, a Scandinavian viking and Zues himself to open this case. Now, once you do have it open by watching that instructional video on how to the pure bulkiness and sturdiness of my phone allowed me to annihilate 3 goons in the back alleyway behind KFC trying to steal my dabloons, it took just one whack from the side of this OrbiBox crystal clear iphone 7 case to show those hooligans what for. They never returned and my iphone 7 was awarded a noble peace prize for bringing justice to those who deserved it. The best part is that despite my rigorous fight my phone is still in tip top shape.

Too heavy, too hard to assemble and take apart, not comfortable to hold. It also has a yellowish tinge on a white phone which makes it look aged, not new. Returning for a different style.Update: This case was nearly impossible for me to remove from my phone to return it. I finally had to wedge a metal nail file in between the front and back frames and pry them apart with tweezers. I was lucky not to scratch my phone but it ruined the screen protector. (If you bought this and think putting the case ON was tough, good luck if you change your mind.)

Read the reviews about clear cases. Not sure what people expect but this is a decent clear phone case (I like that I can see my red phone color, b/c that's why I bought it). I'm quite happy with how sturdy it is, and the price point seems pretty good. I keep my phone clean of finger smears and what not, wipes off easily. I haven't had the case for long so not sure of if or how it yellows. So far no complaints. If you like Otterbox style with the thicker sides and protective corners then you will appreciate this one. Be advised that you still have to buy a screen protector which is pretty standard and not a big deal.

I drop my phone a few times already, not a scratch anywhere. If you like a clear case but you want a rugged one that compares to Otterbox, this is it. Other clear case are flimsy and thin: this has thick lips around the edge of the phone. Very durable and cool looking too.

Its a good product if , You dont care about how the case feels. Its very durable hard plastic and feel the same way. This case is very tight fight to screen . If there is any screen protector on the screen. He protector will pell of in few days .
