Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices, 200g. Great for baking and decorating cakes

The only down side to these is they are so moreish you'll eat too many and feel sick! Good price for a large bag, crispy and crunchy in texture, I can't comment on how they fair over time as they didn't last us any longer than a week! They pair really well with some mixed nuts and raisins for a healthy-ish snack.

These are pure strawberry with a sharpe flavour. Would like them to be slightly crisper, but great for sprinkling over breakfast etc.

I bought these for my toddler, who loves them. As we are a household with allergies, I was frustrated to see the packaging states "may contain other allergens." It did not list which allergens and this was not made clear in the description. I'm not actually sure that's legal - the actual.allergens should be listed. Which makes me unsure about what other food safety regs aren't being followed. If they may contain allergens these should be mentioned on the Amazon description and clearly stated on the packaging. I see the listing says nut and dairy free but it does not state this on the packaging. I'm coeliac so can't eat them because they don't say whether gluten is one of the allergens included. So I'm not best pleased. However, they seem crisp, decent slices and keep for over 9 months after the purchase date. Freeze dried fruit tends to weigh about 10% of the original fruit - so the price per kilogram is one of the cheapest on Amazon right now and a bit more expensive than buying fresh. However, my toddler can eat loads of then, and they are a good healthy snack that's easy to take places, and freeze dried fruits retain many vitamins (although not so much vitamin c). So it's not a cheap habit, but they're a hit and I would recommend freeze dried fruit. I probably won't buy this brand again though.

The smell when opened is just incredible! Literally filled the room with such a sweet smell while I was putting it into jars, will defo buy again! Really sweet and crunchy too!

I used these - whizzed up in a processor to make strawberry cheesecake as fresh strawberries can alter the consistency. The flavour from these is amazing and you don't need much

Even though they’re dried fruits, they still feel fresh. They’re creepy and the best snack when your tommy wants to eat everything and you’re trying to loose weight. Tastes amazing and healthy. Will definitely buy more
