Rock Solid Distortion Tones
The JOYO Deluxe Crunch pedal can easily turn a clean amp into a hard rock machine. It packs a serious sonic punch while still maintaining note clarity. The controls are straightforward and sweep through very usable tones - my favorite settings are Distortion at 10:00, Presence at 1:00, and Tone at 1:00, with Volume to suit (see attached photo for settings).Pros:- Quality rock/hard rock distortion tones (think Foo Fighters or Shinedown)- Versatile EQ with Presence and Tone controls- Low noise for a high gain pedal- Stacks well with overdrive or boost pedals- Maintains note clarity without being harsh sounding- InexpensiveCons:- Thin sounding at lower distortion levels- Does not respond well to volume knob roll-off on guitarVerdict:The Deluxe Crunch is a great distortion pedal for someone looking for rock or hard rock guitar tones at an affordable price. It is definitely not an overdrive pedal; I would not suggest using it for light-to-medium overdriven tones, such as blues or soft rock. However, for medium to heavy distortion tones, it knocks it out of the park! I would choose this pedal over something like a Boss DS-1 any day. Highly recommended.

Yea I'll repeat myself. WOW! It's a Plexi in a PEDAL!
As you can see from the pics, I'm a self confessed "tone chaser". One who was only recently weaned off my 1971 Marshal Plexi 100 watt head. Sooooo,,, when I heard this pedal on some youtube videos, I took a chance (it's really cheap) and bought one. It's 90% there, not quite as open sounding as I had hoped, but geez, it's good. Lots of beef and lots of gain, Marshalls aren't as brangy as Fenders and this pedal has the 80's sound down. Not too distorted and absolutely no muddiness. I can't wait to record with it!

Works perfectly for audio signal routing.
JOYO Switch Pedal Switch Guitar Pedals in Loop A Directly to Line B, Two Output Effects Loop Chains (A/B Switch JF-30)PROS: We're sending the main audio feed from our audio-video sound system into the JOYO, then the A/B outputs are routing the main audio feed to 2 different PCs. Works perfectly with no degradation in the audio signal. Appears to be well made. Solid steel-like housing. Nice lettering, attractive matte black finish. Also takes a 9V DC power adapter (not included). Be sure the 9V "DC" adapter connector is negative (-) inside the pole and positive (+) outside. Excellent, quick customer service for questions and concerns.CONS: The 9V battery is a very, very tight fit inside the housing and only fits one way on its side. If you have audio playing when you press the A/B switch, there will be a popping or quick distorted sound. Otherwise it is quiet if no audio is playing (like most A/B switches). I wish the letters (A and B) were much, much larger for easy visibility. We placed large A and B labels for better visibility at a glance.

Sounds great for the price
I’ve read a few places online that this is a Boss CE-2 clone and sometimes I hate how great this pedal sounds 😫 because it makes it that much harder for me to justify forking out $200 for a Boss only to sound a little bit better. It’s not a perfect clone, but it sounds really good.I don’t get any noise out of this pedal, it sounds great, and it’s cheap so it’s a great value.Eventually I’ll probably switch this out for a Boss CE-2W but I’m content with this for now and use it for live gigs. My ears prefer this sound over the EHX Small Clone (which I’ve also owned before), so imo this might be the best value pedal and best chorus pedal overall under $100.

Nice Delay Pedal
Works great for slapback echo, as well as longer delays. Controls are easy to see onstage, unlike the tiny knobs on the mini-pedal I replaced with this. All controls have a large and useful range. Metal construction will probably last a long time.

Its ok, but not a Plexi clone at all
Sounds fine, a nice warm overdrive, but sounds nothing like a cranked Plexi at all.

Update to this review my second thoughts to this origianl review:
After more time to think about it. I would like to explain my original review show in the last paragraph.Today, I think fairness I should say that this is a very good pedal and does Analog Delay very well and it is well constructed. In my paragraph below what I should have said is: An excellent Analog Delay. Great sounding and well constructed. I just realize that Analog is no longer my bag. If you prefer Digital Delay more so I do have 3 (yes that's right 3) Joyo Digital Delays that I like so much when I bought the first one I bought a second one. One for the rehearsal room and One to take on the road. Then I got the third digital delay as a spare in my gig bag. Enough rablin" ya'll take care!!It is good quality and sounds ok. I hadn't had an analog delay is some time so for the price I thought I would take a stab at it. This reminded me why I quit buying analog delays. Sounds ok but for a few dollars more get the Joyo Digital Delay (which I highly Recommend)!

Analog Delay…I Repeat…Analog Delay
This green majestic contraption is a nice and I repeat (pedal on) a a a nice nice nice pedal pedal pedal.

Very nice, very light, subtle, edge-of-breakup, smooth, "transparent" overdrive.
I did my research. There are several YouTube videos comparing this to a Mad Prof. Sweet Honey OD. They are practically identical. There are also videos comparing this to the Klon, and many prefer the Joyo Sweet Baby OD. For the money, it is an obvious choice. It does one thing, very well. The focus knob is almost a tone, but more like a sensitivity control. The volume knob gives a fair amount of volume boost, I have it quite low around 9:00 to get unity with the bypassed volume. The drive knob, even on full, gets you to mild overdrive, so do not expect full on distortion.

Great sounding pedal with unbelievable value. Will buy again if lost.
A pedal with dialable combination of overdrive and distortion. Nice and thick tone. Unfortunately, you need to unscrew the back plate to change battery. Can even be boosted with another pedal in front of it, which will give you another hard driven amazing tone for lead or insane drive. Will buy again if it disappears.
