Excellent chocolate
Valrhona chocolate is excellent for baking. It can be eaten like chocolate candy but I resist the temptation. Melts very well too. Tastes so good in cookies, cakes, or frostings. I recommend.

Absolutely delicious!
The taste of this very fine chocolate is truly fantastic! It's very high chocolate liquor content(70%) is great; the chocolate is very tasty and not bitter at all.

DONT BUY!
Chocolate seems old & tastes off, it tastes sour & bitter. I spent a lot of money to get receive high quality chocolate and the grocery store chocolate I usually get is far superior (Guittard & Ghirardelli)! AVOID buying from this seller! They "repackage" the chocolate

Old Valrhona?
Great brand and melts easily but tastes old. I'll stick with the chocolate specialty shops.

Addicted to these feves!
Valrhona is one of the world's best chocolatiers. I these Guana 70% feves all the time in baking. I also chop them into pieces for cookies (so much better than chocolate chips). Superb, rich dark chocolate flavor!

Packaged beautifully and very tasty
I live in Arizona and it’s in the 90’s and not only were they packaged with care, an ice pack was included and the chocolate was not damaged in any way! Highly recommended!

I do not believe the chocolate they sent me was Valhrona.
the chocolate they sent me was old, very difficult to work with, I believe it was not Valhrona. Valhrona Guanaja chocolate 70% dark has a level of liquidity that makes it very easy to melt and use. Whatever they sent me was very hard to work and it wouldn't melt properly.
